Beautiful video ,explained, as per your suggestion/ tip my cpu should be ok, other wise Crystal ,SMD component, lastly north bridge IC change. Let us see what happens ( power supply self test ok,cmos battery voltage ok, no feedling with jumper,) ,I think after seeing u r video, I did not do EPC connection,I only connected 20. Pin & 4 pin power connection.

Sir mera pc on ho raha he par kuch der bad automatic off hoke dikha rahahe.. Power surge detected during the previous power on.. press F1 for Bios settings.. Aur bios open kerne k bad sb voltage up down ho raha he.. 3v, 5v n 12vlt.. kabhi kabhi to 12v red ho ja raha he.. Kuch samhme nahi a raha he kya prblm he.pls thora guide kijiye..
