Mother Elise Shaw was a great prayer warrior. The COGIC is blessed to have had such a powerful prayer warrior who spent hours on her knees praying. The church was lit during her time. I wish I had attended one of her powerful prayer sessions, but still today I feel like I'm in attendance through watching these videos. May her soul continue to rest in eternal peace. Big up to Mother Frances Kelly for continuing to hold on to the mantle. The Church of God In Christ is blessed to have mothers who can pray. Be blessed Mothers.

I remember when i was about 14 during the S E Oklahoma state meeting when Bishop W E Jeffries gave the childrens hospital permission to have an year old girl brought to Thompson Temple for prayer. They had told the parents totake the girl home spend as much quality time with her as they had left. They brought the girl into the church and laid her on a stretcher in front of the church ans the power of God came into that place like electricity from the back of that state temple and heading toward that girl and it looked like a large gigantic slice of pizza that took over that place and people began falling like flies as that power went over them. I remember seein my oldest brother hit the floor like he fainted. When that electricity got to the front of that church and emcompassed that girl she sat straight up on that stretcher. I remember hearing my mother scream and glasses flying off her face. This video makes me think of that day. The only difference is the saints praised God like i had never seen in my life. I will never forget that day. I was born and raised in SE Olakhoma jurisdiction but have been gone for over 40 years but i will forever remember that healing service

My grandmother would get up early to pray with her friend/nurse that would come by to give my grandfather a shot, he was pastor emeritus. They used to inspire me to pray.

Powerful.... Only thing lacking was a true praise break!!!!!!! Mother Shaw should have led them into a HIGH PRAISE!!!! But she's not a praiser she's a weeper, a moaning woman. Mother Estella Boyd and Mother Stacks knew how to take them higher from this place.... Only thing missing was a sho nuff HIGH PRAISE!!!!
