You know who you are ; observe the opinion but only absorb it if you agree. It’s ok to verbally disagree or disagree in thought. Think prosperity; total well being. When we dwell on the past we get depression. When we dwell on the future we get anxiety. When we live in the moment we are balanced. Every time you start to think about the past make a conscious effort to stop and focus on your breathing or whatever you are doing. That is it. You just need the intent to change the way you think. Keep working on yourself and things will change. You ARE doing it. :)
