Looks like you had a great and well deserved Mother’s Day Lisa! I normally never miss one of your videos.. I’m gradually catching up with the first couple of years of your videos (from before I started following your channel), but otherwise I’m about two weeks behind your most recent videos - because it’s been so busy with work. I really enjoyed this video!! It’s been a busy day, and just watching you look around the local area, sit down in the restaurant, pour your drink and and show the lovely looking food - well it feels like I’m on holiday- relaxing and chilling out as I watch! I live on the south coast near Brighton in the UK and I live in an apartment on the beach, next to a really good traditional British fish and chip shop! It’s so tempting but I only have it about once a month (I had it today!!) You’re absolutely right Bill, we tend to put salt and vinegar on the chips rather than on the fish, I don’t know if you like mushy peas, but a top tip is to put a little bit of salt and vinegar on the mushy peas and then dip the chips into the mushy peas, the vinegar gives the mushy peas a really nice edge! Anyway anyway I look forward to catching up with your videos, restaurants are opening up fully over the last couple of weeks here in the UK and I’ve been enjoying getting back out and about again to my local restaurants, and next weekend I’ve got a road trip with a few nice meals planned further afield!! Can’t wait for the international travel to open up again.. got Boston, Philadelphia, New York, Vegas, Austin and for the first time hopefully New Orleans on an amazing 3 week holiday in the pipeline for next year!!! Very excited! Cheers!! Rob
