Mother Nature TOOK OVER This Backyard, LAWN TRANSFORMATION VIDEO

Ойын-сауық

This backyard got away from the homeowner. I don't think it had been touched in quite awhile. Mother nature tookover this backyard. We had alot of brush to cut down and then we mowed the tall grass. After all that I powerwashed the back patio because it was very filthy.
This project took me about 10 hours to complete.

Hey everyone Recently they changed the way I see your names when you comment and I know I’ve missed replying to some of you that I’ve been talking to for a long time! If your handle is a lot different from the one I used to see, make sure to add your name so I can recognize you! If you don’t mind! Lol

Its actually refreshing to see a backyard that is overgrown, but not filled with discarded junk. And having five dogs visit while working? All friendly and wanting to play? It doesn't get any better than that! Excellent job, as usual.

With that high fence , there must be repaired needed to be done to keep the dogs out! They probably use it for Portia time also, which makes it not so nice working to clean up! You have animals keep them up on your own property , PLEASE!🇨🇱😍👏🏻

Brian, your tenacity in getting a job accomplished is awesome! What a beautiful yard, when all was said and done! You asked what might be our favorite activity while doing the transformation and I would have to say that mine is pruning and cutting down the trees. What a difference it makes when they are out of the picture! You certainly blessed the homeowner and blessed us as well!!! love your positive attitude!

The dog party was awesome, the tree trimming was phenomenol, the weed eating was so satisfying and the pressure washing was the icing on the figurative lawn transformation cake! Judy from MN. What I found most interesting -- how much better it looked when you're finished. This yard has so much potential to be a beautiful shade garden. There are many lovely shade- loving plants, not just hostas. But those are really good, too. And they are easy to propagate. Just divide and replant. However, you have to be able to do the work. Many seniors don't have the strength. Good job, as always.

Gosh, so the other neighbors were using her backyard as a a dog park? The best part of this video was seeing the patio after you blew it clear of leaves, very pretty addition . I also liked that you stood up for your client by telling her neighbors to stop bringing their dogs in her yard. What person that has no dogs want a backyard full of poop and barking? Thank you for doing such a good job.😊POWER WASH FAVORITE 👍

That was a lot of work! You had to be shocked when you looked up and there was a whole pack of smiling, bouncing dogs. Thank goodness they were happy puppers! Absolutely loved the power wash. That finished everything off so nicely. Thank you for sharing. Be blessed and safe, and I’ll see you next time.

I laughed out loud when I saw those dogs! They were like, Hey man, stop all that work and noise and come play with us! Great job, as always, Brian! Just an observation.....I live in a second story apartment and am also a decorator, so I was eyeing that gigantic 2 tiered deck and thinking how fun it would be to decorate that! I would also be planting a lot of flowers in those raised beds next to the fence. I don't think these homeowners realize what a treasure they have in this property! USE IT and cherish it ! MAINTAIN, MAINTAIN, MAINTAIN!!!!!!!!!! I hope they paid you, Brian, because it sure looks like they could afford it!

What an interesting yard! I can see where this was absolutely overwhelming for the homeowner! The lack of trash was nice, but did you run across a lot of animal fecal material with the neighborhood dogs running free in there? She is now free to use the pretty patio and yard now after all your hard work. What a nice finale to power wash too! I hope she tosses some shade grass seed down to make this even nicer and easier to keep up by herself. Another "WOW!" job by you!! Thank you for all you do for others and God bless you from small town Nebraska. And as far as lack of care for awhile, I can relate! I have a lovely yard too. An illness that lasted over 2 years prevented me from the necessary upkeep and it looked like I had never done a thing, ever! Most of my perennials died off, volunteer trees were everywhere, grass where there was any left, was tall and filled with weeds! It literally took 3 men 3 solid days to clean up the mess!! Now I literally start over...sigh!

Hi Brian. From the looks of the size of those tree branches you cut at the beginning, they had been growing for Years, and not just months. Reminded me of when I lived in Florida and had to contend with the invasive Florida Holly creeping fence hugger. If allowed to grow, they take over everything and starve it out. I know also that Holly root balls were also "Chain saw resistant" like the ones you were trying to cut as well. The Clean Up turned out really nice. Pressure Washing is the new guilty pleasure taking YT by storm.

Well, this one gets a big WOW. When you first walked in, I thought it didn't look all that bad. I've seen you tackle worse. But there was quite a bit of work to do. What was most interesting? What wasn't interesting? 5 random dogs, a cement slab, landscape bricks in the corner, raised garden beds and a beautiful stone patio complete with outdoor cooking area. All of it was interesting, especially seeing how big the yard actually was, topped off with dappled sunlight. How beautiful. You really did an outstanding cleanup on this one. Yet another fabulous transformation, Brian! Alot of hard work on your part but the result is amazing! I can picture some perennials and annuals in that raised flower bed and within that rock wall around that tree in the backyard , maybe even some favorite veggies! I especially like the fact you always cut tree stumps to ground level which always improves the look of any yard! Not only does the homeowners appreciate the care you always put into your work but we viewers appreciate it as well. Power washing that back deck area not only improves the look but also makes it much safer for the homeowner. Now she has a nice deck and a safe one to enjoy with relatives and friends! Thank you for all you do, Brian, to help those in need. God Bless you and your family! Sharon McNeely.

It’s always such a pleasure to watch all your videos! Thanks for sharing! I guess what I found most interesting ( surprising) was the amount of leaves! Good grief! I am sure the homeowners were totally over joyed having the beauty of their yard revealed! And pressure washing their patio was “icing on the cake” 😂 Great video in all aspects!

I can’t imagine what it must feel like to have someone come and do such hard, backbreaking work for no money at all. I have always been the one helping others and nothing has changed in that regard in 83 years. God Bless you, your work is greatly admired. The beauty of this particular yard was a real find under years of no attention. The owner can now come out and walk around and enjoy what is their lovely home!

With the amount of trees you've been trimming, do you have any desire to invest in a wood chipper?

Yeah, I really have thought about it. There are just logistical issues. Most of the small ones wouldn’t take any of the big branches anyway and the big ones have to be towed…

Oh my, what a beautiful backyard. You can be nice all day and say “it got away from them”. This is neglect, pure and simple. A volunteer tree doesn’t grow 25 feet high and 5 inch diameter trunk overnight. This person obviously never even looks out the back windows or gives this area of the house a thought. Good job.

Please be thoughtful. Life can sneak up on you and make changes faster than you can cope with. That certainly happened to my husband and I in the last two years and our yard has gotten away from us. Trying to find somebody to help us has so far turned out impossible. I have contacted commercial companies tried advertising locally and apparently nobody is interested in helping our size yard or disabled people. So yeah, the tree may have been growing for a few years, but their life may be going down the tube too.

That was an epic transformation. You always do such great work, never shying away from the details that include cutting brush, stumps, dragging it all away, raking, moving things instead of just working around them, etc. Your attention to detail your super hard work and your kindness towards helping those in need are why I enjoy your channel so much. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

You really took care to make it manageable going forward. Powerwashing what surely had dog mess off that patio! Whoo wee, TY for that.

The thing that amazes me most about videos like this is that it can take months and even years to have a yard be so overgrown, and in a matter of hours, or even a few days it can be brought back under control! It never ceases to surprise and delight me! Well done, You!

SueG here: Great job! Beautiful house and patio. Yes, that’s a large yard and it’s a lot to take care of. It helps if the owners have similar equipment you have, well except the big power mower. A smaller mower would do but cannot let it become overgrown again. Someone spent a lot of money to install the patio, wood retainer walls, etc. The dogs, to me it was sad because the owners did not have them safely secured in their own yards. Thank goodness the dogs didn’t want to hurt you. Other than the strange concrete pad (a bunker under it?) who knows, I didn’t see much oddness to this particular clean up. Who knows their situation, it can be lots of reasons. But it’s not my place to judge…other than the dogs safety for themselves and other people like yourself.

Brian, those 5 furry babies wanted to see if you would like to share a little of your love with them or if you wanted to play. Luv those babies. I was totally shocked the electric chain saw took care of the job the gas powered one couldn't. I had to laugh, and was wishing I could just step right through the computer screen and give it a good sharpening for you. Don't know how many hundreds of times I have had to stop in the middle of a tree job to do that very thing. My husband and I did tree work together for about 25 yrs and I enjoyed every last minute of it. God bless you Brian and thanks for giving that lady another TOP NOTCH JOB. Lots of love from Virginia.
