Well the "hood" doesn't exist anymore. Public housing projects were demolished 15-20 years ago. People have a choice to clean up their neighborhoods to make them look nice. Now the "hood' mindset still carries on.

I’m glad he answered the reporter like he did. I think asking someone how they feel in this type of situation is insensitive. How would feel seeing your friend laying on the ground during. As for the mom, sorry for your loss but you can not blame the people that threw the party. Your child chose to attend and the shooter is to blame.
