What a stressfree and happy family atmosphere, kids being kids while dad is preparing mom's birthday dinner. I love seeing the offspring resulting from a man who took a chance, even when he knew he couldn't do the salsa. He saw the women he wanted and went after her, without hesitation. I agree with Patricia aboyt not using cutting board fir the chicken. I use a plate for everything, onions, tomatoes, etc. Unless you disinfect and sanitize constantly you could be exposed to contamination. I find it easier to wash the plate. Good job Maxim.
