No. There are degree without which also you can get a job in that field. For example, psychology. It’s like a degree that people from all fields do and not just the doctors or practitioners. Such degrees can be called useless. Unless you have done PhD in that. But degrees like engineering, architecture, mbbs, etc are not useless in most cases.

My father always say that no degree or skilled earned after investing time is useless it's just that you haven't found a right way to utilise it properly to earn or benefit from it.

Doing Masters in abroad and coming back to India is the worst Degree I can say. I experienced it. It didn't help me in my career at all. I have done Masters in Australia and came back to India immediately after completion of my studies. 15k was my first salary, even a student who has completed Btech was also getting the Same salary. The money spent for the master has completely gone wasted 😢😢😢

You should have gained some experience there Atleast work for 5-6 years and come back to India

Atleast you should’ve tried to take a job in Australia and work for few years that would make your resume strong and international experience would’ve helped you. There are many companies here who may like to hire people with international experience but without experience it was just a degree from Australia so I guess you made a mistake
