More detailed Explanation: The point of the app is so you can track how long you can go before doing sh again, and then every time you get past your longest time without doing it, it gives you reminders that you’re doing great and stuff. It also has breathing exercises you can do if you are feeling different emotions that may make you feel like you want to hurt yourself, such as anger, worry, sadness etc. You can also pledge that day to say you are not going to hurt yourself.
