I have seen shadow figures before. My mom used to fall asleep on the living room couch watching tv. One night I had a bad dream and went to check on my mom. When I got to the living room I saw a shadow figure hunched over mom with a hand inside her stomach. I tried to yell at it but couldn't speak. Eventually I was able to tell it to leave my mom alone. It stood up and looked at me, next thing I knew I woke up on the floor. A few months later doctors found a tumor about the size of a grapefruit in my mom's abdomen.

I think by planting an illness or desires that we always crave to fulfill, they simply "farm energy". Like people farm meat, you feed a cow, she grows, you eat it. They plant some illness into you if your spirit guides/guardian angels are not with you, and then when you suffer it's simply energy from goes out of your soul into theirs so they feed from it. Seems logical, WDYT?

Also IMHO it's totally fair that if we think it's ok to farm and eat someone who's weaker than us (animals/fish), we should not be surprised when a stronger entity than us, wants to consume our energy (humans consume energy through meat, physically eating, in physical world. probably in spirit/energy world we're not on top of the food chain, it'd be silly to think we are. it's pretty sad to realize that. an animal is also sad when it realizes it's been dragged into a slaughterhouse and what will happen there. but everyone who likes to feed on easy energy of other beings has to be ready to give it back when time comes. we give back a lot during out lifetime i believe, every time we feel sad, guilty, in pain, feared, the energy leaves us back into the universe or to the beings that feed on it at that time.

I used to have full manifestations as well as shadows in a pet store I managed about 3 years or so ago. It was a small store so if someone came in there wouldn't be too many places they could go where I wouldn't immediately see them. We would see shadow figures constantly, to the point where we would start to ignore them as they were an every day thing. It didn't matter what time it was, they would be there cruising around. We used to hear loud knocks as well. I remember once when I was still new and a colleague and I were putting up shelves. He was to my left and to my right I hear a loud knock. I didn't say anything and continued with what I was doing. About 3 minutes later it happened again, so I said "What the hell IS that?" and my colleague just started laughing. I knew it wasn't him because he struggling with a large slanted shelf at the time. Some time later (weeks or so) I was remerchandising a section when I saw a man come in. About 5'10", not overly skinny but not fat either, white guy, about 60 years old with short grey hair. He was wearing current clothing: tan pants and a grey printed sweater vest and a light colored shirt. He didn't look at me as he walked down the main aisle, even though I said hello. He kept his eyes forward and walked toward the back of the store like he knew what he wanted. We are to approach every customer so I got up and walked back to where he went and there was no one at all in the store. This guy was as tangible as you or I. Totally solid, just some random guy. There is ONE way in and out and that's it. The store was probably 250 square feet and this guy was gone. It wasn't until a few minutes after that that I realized that the bells we had hanging on the door never made a sound, and they are set up in a way that you cant avoid hitting them with the door. This place was a hotspot: we got footage on our security camera of one of the force dryers in our self serve bathing are turning on by itself, along with all sorts of weird crap. the store is gone now but I wonder if whoever is in there now sees and hears weird stuff.

I have worked for a local hospital in my home town for almost 20yrs and there is always crazy things going on talking when no one is around things falling and doors opening and closing. Oh and the breathing in my ear almost every night I work is fun. Love from Reno Nevada in USA.

I love when you go on paranormal investigations, especially when you see something. I've heard despirited voices before, but I've never experienced ghosties and paranormal visions. You certainly are lucky to live in an area of Scotland where spirit activities are widespread. Another video that I would give it a 9. It could have been rated a 10 but it seemed like everyone was talking when there were voices being said and I couldn't hear what was said.

Great video Erin! Your investigation video reminded me of my grandfather's house back in Spain. When I was 8 or 9 yrs. my mom asked us (3 kids) to visit him for a week. The house was like 88 yrs. old and we - Erika, Cobbie and Me - heard people talking and walking around the house late at night. After two nights of sleeping there we asked to leave immediately! Me and my cousins were so freaked out! Took us years to understand what 'Paranormal activity' meant and Cobbie and us we never went back, lol! Today the house is 118 years old and is still standing and still it looks the same.... 😧 😨 👻 #GhostMysteries #ErinRocks

Loved this vid gal! Have you ever considered doing a ouija board? I don’t necessarily recommend it to be honest but if you’re still sceptical it could possible completely change your mind! I was a skeptic like you who was always interested and found this kind of stuff fun and interesting, I then did a ouija board with my auntie about a year ago, I’m not going to go into detail because I don’t want people replying saying that I’m lying but basically you should deffo give it a go if you’re wanting to be convinced! You can make them out of paper and a glass (don’t need to buy the boards), but PLEASE be careful, they shouldn’t be treated as a fun game (Btw I subscribed)❤️

Also about people not feeling well, this is exactly what happened when I did the ouija board! My friend said she started to feel really uneasy and faint and next thing she had to take her finger off the glass (without saying goodbye which supposedly isn’t good) and she turned the light on and said she tasted blood in her mouth. She then started throwing up blood and being sick. So it appears to be a common thing to not feel well around spirits then?!

This was really cool! That shadow was nuts lol You should check out the short documentary series they just put out this year about the strange creatures in Hellier, Kentucky. All kinds of weird stuff going on around a huge cave system. I'd actually been in those caves as a kid, and am living in Kentucky right now, so I watched it even though this kinda stuff usually freaks me out too much to watch often hahaha They had a really interesting experience with the spirit box, but their technique was a little different and really cool. Like, only one guy would be listening to it, with noise cancelling headphones on and his eyes covered, and would say out loud what he was hearing through the box. The others in the group would ask questions into the room, but supposedly, the guy listening to the spirit box couldn't hear the questions, and it was like they were watching everything that was happening, and kept saying one of the guy's names. It's the only time I'd seen a spirit box before this so I don't know if that's a common method, but I feel like it could give a little more accuracy if it does work. And the documentary is just really cool as well. It's got all kinds of weird things going on in it and a really interesting journey, like they're being guided or messed with the whole time and can't really tell lol

Fascinating! I prefer to watch people do this kind of thing rather than do it myself. I wouldn't like to tell someone I'm with that I'm the reason the room smelled like the colour brown and not a demon. Lol!

I grew up in a house with spirits. The things you described are things more active than the usual spirit is. They sound like the ones that like to feed off your fears. When you don't respond in the way they want they up the ante. One spirit in our house was like that and knocked books off the shelves and other parlour tricks. They can be thoroughly entertaining.

I have experienced it too. Pretty scary sometimes.

Some paranormal researchers have begun asking to spend the night in the place they are in for 3 whole days the reason for this is to make sure all evidence is captured because hauntings don't always happen 100% every single night or day, it tends to be sparadict most of the time, I guess it's affected by the EM field of the Earth.

I wonder how much fun, you could have as a ghost, talking to humans, and doing so many things.

I think there's some paranormal activity in one particular room of my house . I put my digital voice recorder on record and left the room for 10 minutes .On playback , there was some loud noises picked up as if someone were knocking things over . My cat was asleep in the room and still sleeping when I returned .Nothing was out of place .Very creepy

I wouldn’t expect anyone to believe in the paranormal until they’ve experienced it for themselves. I believe because I’ve experienced the completely unexplained. Stood tie to toe with something evil that I never want to see or feel again.

How Spirit Boxes work is... They don't. You're exactly right about people hearing parts of radio stations and making what they want out of it. It lacks any scientific credibility whatsoever.

I agree! I just can't explain some of the ones that we heard.

Maybe Torchy can see ghosts and he's scaring them away from us all, by shining his light at them.

Darker than the dark, pitch black, blacker than the shadows are all descriptions everyone who has ever seen shadow people experience!

Paranormal Research/and Hotness of yourself = immediate sub. Nice "Freddy" glove on the door. My mate collects "Freddy"/"Jason"/"Michael Myers" figures etc. He's got a full "Jason" hockey-mask...@ There was a knock..(probably from under the table) that caused enough vibration to topple the torch. Those EVP's on the PSB-11 box were good. Have you tried an older "Radio Shack/Hack" box..a 512-version I think they are. They can be manually opened up and detuned. A later elease of them have come out, but I think the detuning process isn't possible the old-skool way, not too sure.

Always remember, it's the living you have to be scared of

Personally I believe in ghosts, my childhood house was haunted by the ghost of a young girl. I had seen her walk from the hallway to the laundry room clear as day. There were also footsteps on the roof and loud moaning coming from the AC vent. About 10 years ago I mentioned it to my parents and they admitted they had seen and heard things as well.

That was really interesting, enjoyed the voices and all that. I'm still skeptical though. In my experience 'Orbs' always turn out to be dust mites / dust. If you take a towel or something that's been sitting in a cupboard for months or years even give it a shake and take some pics of it with the flash on you'll see what I mean.

I didn’t believe in ghosts until I had my own experiences. I lived in 2 different houses which had ghosts. The first one used to touch people (myself included), poke you in the back or skiff the top of your head, but only in the kitchen and bathroom extensions. The second ghost used to appear and speak to visitors to the house, and we figured out who this was from photographs which belonged to her relatives. I would hear her walking down the hall, and see the door handle move but I never saw her, and heard her twice. Well, when I say twice, she spoke to me and I asked “Is that you S....?” and she answered right away “Aye”. I should add that the second ghost always appeared or spoke or made noise, during daylight hours. She wasn’t scary. I think she just enjoyed being part of the family.

Love a good creepy video! I had to re-watch it a few time. I think it's good to be both skeptical and also work from a place of suspended disbelief. Some of the voices sounded like mechanical noises, while others did not. I'd like to know how those spirit boxes work before giving them any credit. But I think it's possible. I've heard ghostly voices before in haunted places without spirit boxes. So maybe..... But those ghosts in the scouting hall had no class.

Yeah I completely agree! Some of the "voices" from spirit boxes just sound like noises from someone speaking on a radio station, like a .3 second snippet and people assume it was a word and hear what they want to hear. Which is why I'm confused because I can't doubt that what we heard were actual words on many occasions. Madness. I'd like to know more about how they work myself. I understand that they scan different radio frequencies but I don't know much about how that's supposed to help spirits come through. And yeah, I can't explain the EVPs I caught on my own camera. The whispers, gasps etc.

I understand perfectly. One should always start out skeptical, the human mind/brain is too easily fooled. But there are also too many weird things that happen to not at least consider the possibility that there might be something. Don't know what but something. But radio frequencies you say? Hmmmm.....Makes me wonder why more electronic devices don't pick up, "voices" like car radios, police scanners, etc. And as to "dark figures," I've not experienced that directly but by Mum did once. She swore she saw a dark figure follow me down a hallway. So I went back down the hall to see if it was my own shadow. Nope. So I don't know what that was, I can't explain it. But maybe there are such things. Who knows? If ghosts are following me, however, I'm not surprised.

I went on an investigation at a house that belonged to a killer. He killed his family. We didn’t hear anything or have any action for quite a while so we decided to harass and taunt him (IKR). We called him a wife beater and some other masculine insults. We reviewed the recording for EVP’s and heard a mans voice say “fuck you bitch” plain as day. I shite me pants and grabbed my equipment and we got the hell out of there. I never went back to that house but some of the other crew members did and got nothing. Creepy right? Word to the wise...don’t provoke a serial killer. It’s frowned upon.
