The hiegine part is not all that bad considering they follow a crude traditional method. However when they tried to scale up the production the whole system seemed to have collapsed a bit. They should adopt more automation, technology and tidy up the place to improve efficiency, and hiegine as a food processing industry.

Not just the place, but they should use gloves, masks etc. Nowadays we see from Thailand, Cambodia and many developing Nations these videos. Everyone uses gloves etc and very clean and neat. Except Indians. When do we learn. 😮

A bit of clean up is required in the preparation area . That's a big contrast between the front and the back of the shop. . Why do we wash peanuts? The equipment is good..

They became tolerant to 50°c sunheat in summer and normal days feels like a breeze for them 😂
