2:56 i remember reading about that, that's a cartel roadblock. Cartels block the road and steal cars that they deem useful (usually pickups/utility vans, suvs and stuff like that). It's very dangerous, and guy was lucky they didn't just mow him down with machine guns

It was on intersection in Nuevo Laredo, in the Mexican border state of Tamaulipas. again, it's believed it was Cartel Del Noreste, which is a splinter group from Los Zetas, who's territory it is (or was, idk). source: search up for "cartel roadblock usa" and find screens from that vid, bc apparently posting links in comments is a no-no here on yt

Commenting before watching the videos but driving down country lanes has me in my memories. When I first got my license, driving home from school in the country, there's this car that used to follow me. I thought it was weird but they would go down all the same roads as me. One day my brother was driving me home in the snow from his house. The vehicle in front of us (same vehicle that followed me every day) drove through a foot of snow in someones yard to get behind us and follow us. When we got home my dad was outside and we told him. My dad got in his truck and followed the guy. The guy panicked and drove into a tree. He didn't do it anymore.
