Bajaj Boxer still going after 18 years.
Rtr200 vitteengale... Adhuvum vfm bike... Driven more than 50k plus kms without any engine issues.. No breakages.. Slight oil leaks here and there.. nothing serious.. Have driven even without changing oil for more than 2 services... Engine performance is top notch to its price.. And built quality is excellent.. No plastic breakages...
I have a 2008 splendor done around 98000 Kms still great mileage and performance 🔥 I cant believe my R15 V3 but can take my splendor anywhere everywhere it won't let me down! Its a part of my family..Love you Karna(Splendor name)

I have gixxer 2018 dual disc model. It’s very reliable. Initially I had oil leak problem but once rectified it is going really good till date. The chain needs to be taken good care.
TVS XL 2011la edutha vandi 85k above drivened inum super aa iruku. Recently one time rust issue la silencer pipe mattum odanjuruchu, but inum spares availability irukku

Bro I have yamaha rx135 , 2001 model. I have completed 4,07,500 km. Single use. Service cost ₹ 500 per 8000kms. Milage 54kmpl uptodate no change. Piston kit changed after 3.75lh km. Rx135 is N0:1 Reliable bike in india.
Bro Gixxer sf 150 Vittutinga my bike 2016model 1.5lak km Crossed Still good condition and running smoothly.
I think Mojo and Rr310 also have very reliable engines. Also TVS' bore piston is also pretty strong. I'm surprised not even one made it to the list.

Fz v1 engine is reliable & smooth after 1lakh km 👌. I won't use to do service periodically but I use to change fully synthetic oil alone every 3500km w/o fail. I won't feel power drop even now. Yamaha engine is really 👌 🔥. Only draw back is front suspension oil seal broken 2 or 3 times expect that I didn't spend much for fz .
Suzuki Gixxer also has excellent reliability compared to Pulsar or TVS, you willfully ignore Suzuki and included Kawasaki ninja which majority wont buy

In our family we have 2007 model pulse 150 it completed 2.3L km first 1.3L stock engine with out any major engine work it completed and also we have Apache RTR 160 2012 model which completed 1.3L km it's also without any major engine work one year before I rework the my Apache engine after that it drive 15k now I am getting (62kmpl in 5K RPM) and top speed is 130kmph. I am happy with that two bikes because very low maintenance

I have an Apache 150 whose engine came from the Fiero series. Its a gem of an engine. I have clocked more than 1 lakh kms on it. No issues till I stopped riding it.
I have a fazer basically fz engine version 1 .More than a decade 90 k kilometres.still no heat no performance lag no stopping in long rides.No other 150 cc can match this supension and brakes.expecting same kind of engine in upcoming xsr 155

I have a 2017 BS4 pulser 150 around 80k km running but I face 79800 engine head and bore issue because wear reason , wiring harness is bad quality, if you maintain well, performance is well. compare to bs3 , BS4 is engine noise better
