But if we apply such motors in real life scenarios such high speed motor may cause lot of damage even for a tiny play in axle.

Guys it's definitely not 0. 91mm wire (19 gauge), it's nearly 24-26 gauge (0.4-0.5mm) wire. Because I made it and it's not that effective. Please, I request u (author of this channel) to be specific and don't write wrong component specifications. I wasted a lot of money for diy brushless motor but finally it's working. It is quite working with 22, 24 and 26 gauge wire. Thanks , no means to hurt and prove u wrong ( to author)

Exactly. He's measuring it 5x more than the actual. Also, what's important is torque. RPM is sham. Well, of course it totally depends on what you want but, just saying.

65,800 / 5 fan blades per rpm = 13,160 rpm.

what kind of battery did you use? Volt and amper?

You could have gone for delta connection. Which will give you a higher KV thus higher RPM.

Yes different magnets can be used. but try to keep the gap minimal for better torque. And try to size the diameter of the coil to about the size of the magnet. 3 phase BLD motors like this one with just 3 coils works for rotors with 2 poles and 4 poles. If using 4 magnets on the rotor, one might may try 6 coils instead of 3. In which case, coils on opposite sides of each other, should be wired in either serries with the other for fewer RPMs but more torque per rpm, or in parallel for more RPMs but lower torque. They can be wired in wye or delta configuration.

@@johnnienathan2808 I dont know what battery was used or the state of charge. Maximum rpm was reached given for the paticular battery used, it's current charge, and 100% duty cycle. His max rpm reading was 5× too high because he was reading 5 blades, passing per revoltion rather than just mark per revolution.

@@johnnienathan2808 the link in the video description for the BLDC controller takes you to Amazon where in that page, the items description says the contoller works with S3 and S4 LiPO batteries. LiPO batteries: S3: (12.6v 100% to 9.82v 0%) S4: (16.8v 100% to 13.09v 0%) But for maximum longevity, avoid discharging to less than 20% capacity. s3: 11.18v and s4: 14.91v

This is not 65000 rpm it is 65000/5=13000 rpm because the propeller has 5 winds

@@yaroslavstashkiv7868 дело не в том много или мало, замер скорости сделан с наебаловом, реальные обороты в 5 раз меньше. Да и обороты в 65000 обычные потшипники не вывезут, а там стоят они, только керамические такие обороты выдержат.
