@@logistics100 Matlab yeh ki hygiene my foot.... any hand bare hand which goes to dip inside water to drink without using the hand gloves is s.... not hygiene at all. nails dip inside water. do you know what that means.... hand gloves to dip the balls is a must must now if you looking to sell or eat water balls

As a Microbiologist I don't approve this. Of course we may be resistant to food borne diseases esp in metropolitan cities but despite culinary skill the owner must follow the sanitation standards and should not serve with hands. Otherwise we are totally in favour with all hard working street food vendors of India. They are doing a great job in cost effective manner. Long live India's great food ethos.

The person who is selling panipuri is polite n kind while serving... Otherwise panipuri was average.. they selling 6 pc of panipuri in 50 rs and only 3 flavours of Pani.. regular, jaljira and garlic.. it's average taste not great... D one who r coming for eat panipuri after seen d crowd must have wait for atleast 30 minutes for ur turn.. n after ur waiting u will get just average taste.. it's my personal opinion.
