Ateez deserves better. They started a whole new genre within Kpop and had their peers, juniors, and even seniors covering their songs when Ateez were just rookies. Their juniors cry at the thought of meeting them. Reporter Yoo Jihoon says that when Ateez performs at award shows, everything backstage just STOPS and everyone gathers around the monitors to catch a glimpse of Ateez performing. I’ve never heard ANYONE say anything even remotely close to that about ANY OTHER GROUPS…. Not male, female, 4th gen, 3rd gen, NOBODY. But these other groups have popularity on their side. That’s helpful for things like awards. But Ateez has the respect of the whole industry. We’ll take that💪🏼🙌🏼🫶🏼🏴‍☠️🔥
