Chyler is definitely telling the truth. Because I remembered David Harewood have mentioned several times in his instagram about how hard she works on set. (work till late night and discuss with backstage crews) Melissa is just amazing!

She is working even harder right now. Doing Comic.com on top of performing on Broadway in the Carole King revival and singing her head off. She probably flew right back to NYC to continue performing (unless that ended already and she is back on set).

Melissa must fall asleep a lot on set if Nicole has already heard stories about it. I know that Stephen mentioned at a Heroes and Villains Fan Fest that she fell asleep during a scene in last season's crossover and that he sang/shouted to her to wake her up. And of course Chyler sticks up for her.

By "sometimes" if you mean on a TV screen or in a couple of episodes, yes. The commitment is very small from my understanding. To appear in at least three episodes next year. So yes, he will be there occasionally - but his spot is taken over by Jessie Rath otherwise known as Braniac 5, or the annoying character on the show. While Win is written to be a character you feel sympathy for, Braniac 5 is hard to understand what he was written for (a know it all computer?)
