JMLRH yeah, in fact I love how everyone handled the Camila questions professionally. I was especially surprised and very impressed with Lauren’s and Normani’s replies saying that they’ve already addressed the issue and they’d like to move on from Camila’s departure story. They handled it so well, and for Ally? I don’t have any words for Ally. She’s incredible and she has such a positive attitude towards everything that’s thrown her way. That’s why she’s our ray of sunshine. Dinah is the boss of a kind heart and I’m heartbroken for her when she didn’t say anything in regards to answering Camila questions. I guess it’s been made clear that Dinah is clearly heartbroken about losing Camila who was such an incredible friend to her. But, Dinah still supported Camila through the solo endeavors instead of distancing herself like Lauren, Normani and Ally did. I’m happy for all five members both as a group and solo artists for their endeavors. I wish them all well!

This interviewer was so unprofessional and asked such inappropriate questions. This "news" all happened in in 2016. Can't believe people still try to invalidate and question their character when people like this try to make them look bad. He even admitted on twitter that he INSISTED on asking and he was very persistent. It's just sad that 5h has to deal with people like this. Camila gets asked about 5h but it doesn't have anything to do with: Their twitter beef, who was or wasn't telling the truth about the split, also and what does 5h have to do with Camila feeling sexualized?? I expect better

Payne Richardson But he’s obviously not a good interviewer. Good interviewers ask questions we want to know, and actually get answers. If he did it in a less direct and kinder way, he probably would have gotten answers. He shouldn’t get fired for being “rude” per say because interviewers don’t necessarily have to be nice, he should be fired instead for simply sucking at his job.

No they literally don't. It's clearly something they don't want to talk about so why push them? And the fact that people line up to meet them and pay lots of money to see them doesn't give them the right to know about their personal lives. We knew they weren't happy but what matters is that they are now. So why are people still asking them about this? People just keep digging and digging even thought they've already told you they weren't happy so the went seperate ways. I just spent like $500 on Fifth Harmony tickets yet I don't feel the need to go up and ask them "WHY DID CAMILA LEAVE AND HOW DID YOU FEEL WHEN YOU GOT "ARRESTED" ALSO ARE YOU DATING THIS PERSON??" because thats fucking rude and I respect them too much as people to put them in an uncomfortable situation like that.

MsLolurmum i get what you're saying but they couldn't have expected to not be asked these questions constantly after those letters that were posted, if they even answered once properly instead of just not even wanting to say her name then maybe it would clear everything up. The fact that they're dodging the questions is what makes interviewers and fans want to know the truth even more. And i haven't yet heard of an incident of a fan questioning them like that? No one interrogates them to that extent apart from tabloids and interviewers who want to spread shit. No fan feels the need to go up to them face to face and ask that, maybe online yeah. the least they could have done is make the breakup clean on social media, they did the most they could to make it the worst possible exit. Yeah well that's what they are supposed to be saying about it. That doesn't mean that the interviewer should be asking questions that aren't relevant. When they are promoting a song or an album, they should be getting asked about their music. This guy didn't even start off by asking about the music, it was just straight off about Camila. Plus they didn't just say that, they said so much more and just because you got bored of it doesn't mean everyone else did.

the interviewer wasn't doing his job. his job is to listen to 5H's team. And if they want to talk about new music, that's what they should talk about.

I love normani so much. Her graciousness and articulation and just the way she expresses herself and is so respectful and yet honest at the same time and finds a way to talk about subjects in a way that is so positive yet honest is really inspiring to me. She deserves all the respect in the world.

Yellow Lemon I understand, but it still means that if she would have answered, it probably wouldn't have been kind to Camila. That's what I perceived when she said "we don't wanna be shady" she is pratically saying that if she would have answered, it would have been shade (and I don't think I'm the only one that saw it that way). If Lauren really doesn't want any drama, I personally think she should have said something about Camila with respect, because then we could move on. I feel like everything about Camila and 5H is a touchy subject when it shouldn't be, since Camila left there's a lot of tension and again it shouldn't be, at least not publically. And I get that we don't know what happened or why it happened but they should support each other in front of us (fans) instead of making Camila or the other girls look bad in the medias, and even if they are mad at Camila, they should solve the problem with her, not in front of cameras or in interviews. I think they are making this whole thing more difficult than it actually is. And okay, I'm not trying to pick any side (even if I am) but if they really don't want any drama then they wouldn't have performed the VMAs that way (when a fifth person fell). Again they should solve the problem with Camila. Hope you read it all cuz it took me 30 minutes (lol, I speak french).

Et je comprends tout à fait ce que tu dis, mais ne sachant pas ce qui s'est vraiment passé je me dis qu'on ne peut pas vrmnt les contredire et qu'elles sont quand même dans leur droit de dévoiler ce qu'elles veulent.. what is going on they answered the question about camila leaving the first time he asked the question. they said it was hard in the beginning and they weren't sure about continuing on. they didn't have to say anymore. people need to stop hating on these girls because they don't want to talk about camila. maybe their more hurt about it than she was. camila and the girls are in a better place now leave them all alone.

My problem is that Camila gets asked sooo many questions about them and just answers them But fifth harmony cant get asked the same ones?? I do respect them for trying not to be shady tho so that's cool

So awkward.... He doesn't need to be fired, he's just doing his Job and asking all the questions people want to know. They just need to learn how to handle interviewers like this

I really don't think you understand that anything the girls say about a sensitive topic like that could be taken out of context and used against them, JUST like how Normani simply called Camila "quirky" and it got blown all the way out of proportion. They know how we could be sometimes, which is exactly why they didn't want to expand on it. Also, think about how they feel about it. They might not even be comfortable even answering a question as privacy- invading as that. Please, I beg of you, think before you speak, like they clearly did.

Roleena T most interviews are scripted... literally they’re given what they can answer, what they can say, and what they cannot.. their team has made it to where they can’t talk about Camila upfront like that.. they probably blackmailed Camila and everything on her or whatever but he probably over crossed the lines by not sticking to it.. Camila has different publicists and mngmt so obviously maybe she has less restrictions or whatever.. but like honestly he was a little to overbearing with the questions

Neither of them were rude or "divas" and they clearly were uncomfortable because they didn't really know how to ask him to move on from the awkward questions, they were all avoided by their PR. If you're going to say you're a big fan of them and say that you know that they're going through a "hard time" then why ask questions that they're uncomfortable with, just because everyone wants to know doesn't mean that they should know. There's a difference between being a fan and respecting privacy.

I agree with what someone else said, the interviewer wasn't being mean at all. In fact, he WAS being professional FOR THE MOST PART. His fault was continuing to talk about a subject the girls clearly did not want to talk about. It was okay for him to bring up those questions because a lot of fans want to know about it, even though it's evidently better to leave that stuff for later and focus on their new album. The girls weren't perfect either in deflecting his questions. They could have told him from the start when he asked the first question about it,"Well, we would rather focus on the new album in terms of questions.." then do what they did by indeed focusing on themselves and the process. Either way, the interviewer would've continued asking those questions but that's just how 5h could've dealt with it better. They're not angels though like they said, and that's fine. I understand and appreciate my girls for trying to not be shady and focus on what really matters 💓 The way he called them divas well nuh uh they just, as lauren said, didn't want to start drama so 💁

To be fair them saying that they don't wanna talk about Camila bc they don't wanna be shady isn't looking that good too. I mean sure. The guy was awful. But I just wished both 5H and Camila talked about it honestly for once. And that would be enough. People still don't know all about it, and they seem to hate each other - and that's not really going with their message. Supporting girls etc...

He definitely asked some personal questions about each girl. But I feel like he gave them an opportunity to finally answer and give the fans clarity topics that are still a mystery. They open themselves up when they go into any interview so I don't know why they tried so hard to just focus on the music. I think the 5h PR have controlled their answers so much that they can't even talk about themselves anymore. Interviews from 2012-2015 used to get personal like this and it used to all be okay

They addressed it. It was done. Why would they want to carry on talking about her? It's just gonna keep snowballing, "they said this" then she'll say something else. They just wanna DROP IT and focus on the future!

Their reaction was very oh I can even describe it.. "Disappointed " and I did not expect Lauren to act like that,camila was her best friend one day.. but let us be realistic It's clear that they do not want to talk about Camila, maybe that's an order from the administration or something ..but anyway the girls had to behave more respectfully We know that there is something mysterious that happened between them and no one knows what's it.., but they had to act with greater maturity.. Do you know what i hate? I absolutely HATE that the girls always shift the answers to something irrelevant instead of just saying we've moved on and so did she and we wish her all the best like GROWN ASS "POWERFUL" WOMEN SHOULD. Im sick and tired of them always trying to answer a question with a shady answer as if they're saying they're better off now anyways and they didnt give a fuck about her but when Camila gets asked questions about the group she doesnt necessarily has to answer but she at least gives out a non-shady comment and just wishes them well. They're starting to get hypocritical and try to act all tough and that they're better off like what kind of STRONG women are you talking about if you cant even handle a question about a former group member without shading them?

7:22 they alluded to Camila but honestlly it can't be compared the type of sexual songs they make with Camila's.5H lyrics are screaming sex from the top of the lungs ,while Camila's songs are only sensual not sexual (like Havana).Of course Camila won't start to make music for kids and maybe she will have some more "sexy" songs in the future, but at least what i've seen until now , she doesn't have to be half naked in order to get appreciation from fans.I like a lot how she dresses now and i'm happy that she can finally be herself.So the difference between Camila and 5H music and style is like sky compared to ground.

It wasn't the point of the interview though! They were promoting their music. If they don't want to talk about it, you've got to respect their privacy and stop asking questions about it. It doesn't even matter if they didn't answer any questions about it, they don't have to, it's a personal matter that doesn't involve us. They've said enough about it, they've said they are focusing on themselves, what more do you want?

Since the beginning of this interview all the questions he was asking were about the Camila breakup like...okay they've all released statements and asking one or even two questions about the situation is reasonable; but to navigate every fucking question back to the break up one after another, like that's the only thing they're known for, is really annoying and disrespectful.

The girls have changed a lot since they split. They have to continuously say that they are happy, kind of like to convince themselves they are. And when you have to voice that it means that you're not. All you need to do is let other people see it. That's psychology 101 people. Don't start cursing and replying your immature comments. Some fans need to grow up and be objective. You can give constructive criticism and it's not that you're hating. Hopefully they grow out of this cause I don't see much future for them as solo artists. They need to be more authentic as soloist.
