@RZ @jar head Maybe. Even then i think roids are better than heroin. But also, I have a strong feeling you two have no experience. Rather you speak out of jealousy and neivity. Roids are not necessary to make that change in your body. I am currently making the change and am in excellent shape after just a year. Theres alot to fitness the average person is unaware of. But to give you a head start one of the big lessons for me was muscle mind connection when exercising, and not simply performing a motion. I have been doing weightlifting and calisthenics for a year now. It has been a big learning curve for me. But i workout 2 times a day 4-5 days a week. I COOK extremely healthy and hearty meals every day. And i see the results of dedication and hard work every day when i look at my body.

This video has been very inspirational for me. I suffered a major setback in my training since I became very sick during 2018 (Hyperthyroidism). I was so weak that I could barely walk, let alone train. I lost 25 lbs. of muscle. My blood pressure skyrocketed. All medicines´ negative side effects made me sick again of something different. So, here I am. I love bodyweight workout and I am asking for help and support. Thanks to all Bar Brothers!

I hope all addicts can see what happened here. Instead of trying to "overcome" an addiction, which never works, this person transferred the bad for a healthy "addiction--lifestyle".
