I liked how he didn't bother cleaning out the sand where he placed the flange. I might not effect the seal but it looks sloppy.

You don't have to line up the blue line. it's once the iron comes out. You have to make a perfect bead

중간쯤 페이싱 공정으로 양쪽 다 접합면을 가공하네요.또한 가열후 압착전 화면에 파이프 내부가 깨끗합니다. 제반 작업 수칙은 지킨 걸로 보입니다.

All they're having to do is follow the instructions. The skill was in designing the tool.

Are those steel toed flip flops? Anyway, I think they mashed the pipe together too much. You're not supposed to mash out all the melted pipe, just about half of it. ..and they shouldn't wait so long before mashing the faces together

Look again because the pipe had been cleaned prior to removing the hot plate. Crap welding technique though and who knows what else was wrong. That butt welder in the 21st century is about the cheapest El Povo one money could buy. Only a money man would consider one to save a dollar and then have a welding crew and machinery standing around doing nothing most of the day.

Я живьём наблюдал такую работу возле своего дома. Всё по технологии. Инструмент центрирует, торцует, нагревает трубу и соединяет. 15 лет назад.

Right tool makes any job easier

HDPE lines heat welding. The edge is prepared by first cutting at both the ends to be joined. Heat plate melts both the edges which are pressed together to join them in hot condition. Blue lines are not aligned - will it make a difference?

In Germany this would not be permitted because there is dirt in the pipe. The weld bulge (weld area) is vulnerable and would cause costs😂

Butt Fusion on PPE. I've done that, and your right, the machine does the work. It gives all the settings fo each pipe size. You do need a few practices runs before your joints go that easy.

I actually work for a company called WL plastics in Bowie Texas and we make this pipe.... that fusion weld they say is stronger than the pipe itself and that pipe is pretty damn tough.... We've got a little mini version of this machine for up to I believe 4-in pipe and it's pretty cool it gets hotter than hell on that plate though......
