1. Sticking to Traditional indian recipes in diet 2. Following Hygiene 3. Avoiding Alcohol 4. Stopping usage of all unnecessary medications 5. Proper sleep and food at proper time 6. Physical activity Follow this nothing happens to your liver

Yes. The liver is a regenerative organ but only if it's still healthy enough to do so and doesn't have cirrhosis. Once cirrhosis is present, forget regeneration.

Liver is the owner of the human body. It is the last organ which gets problem actually and it is the destructor organ. But due to our life style and food habits and quality of food grown we are seeing this. Very sad to know about problems of it. Long live our Livers. 🙏🙏🙏

People are slowly getting unhealthy bcoz of migration to different geography and eating outside food. I feel our genes are accustomed to certain geographical area...our past generation lived in that area so our genes are adapated to that environment. So when env, food, water changes. This is the primary cause of all the deasieses.

Someone who was born in hot region but migrated to cold region should stick to food and clothes as that of hot region and vice versa.

Don't put non sense if you don't know about the subject. I consume mostly meat. Chicken and pork only. And I can say that I am in better health. Stop eating vegetables. It will eventually kill you. Most of the health professionals will tell you to stay off meat and to eat vegetables to be healthy. But the truth is that they know that eating vegetables will eventually lead to your health deterioration and you will end up in hospital.
