You can still toggle with auto grapple. Just hold the button and cancel it with right click. also Nvidea reflex boosts your frametimes that sometimes are even more important than fps and use dlss for more frames on Nvidea cards(not frame generation thats still buggy, on my client at least)

Just to add a note for mouse sensitivity: Not all mouse software DPI is the same so experiment if using 3-3 (1080p) or 5-5 (1440p) Example, personally, 3-3 and 1650 DPI on Logitech G502 Hero gets about a 90 degree turn.

not really, in some situations composite parry is more optimal

I don't understand the difference between quick counter and double tap, double tap seems weird bcs u have to dodge/crouch/jump cancel a blue focus to initiate the counter but quick counter not... (ps i play on 170+ping closest server so its maybe just me playing a whole different game lol) edit: i should probably just watch a video on counters

There normally isn't a difference, but composite parry (double tap?) is faster than quick counter in specific situations.

I dont have a 240 fps option on my max fps setting after 180 it goes to 360. any way to be able to get anything 200-280 as an available option?
