Amazing video, I've seen these all so many times and I still want to watch them more. I think Mango v Leffen at G4 could honestly qualify as iconic as its the first set I show anyone when I want to introduce them to Melee; specifically game 4 last stock. People were hugging and shit in relief after that game.

Oni Master why would he laser? It does no knockback whatsoever he could've done nair or bair to finish him off but he decided to use a move with no knockback and only 2% damage while still 4-stocking him that is kinda rude don't you think?

Melee moments are so hype I love it

If you decide to do out of game moments next time, you should include the crowd cheering for aMSa after he lost to Mango at Apex 2015. It might sound super cheesy, but that's where the old the adage "It's not about whether you win or lose, it's how you play the game" finally sunk in for me, and capped off one of the greatest cinderella runs in Melee history.

Both the most iconic and controversial moments rarely have as much to do with the gameplay itself as they do with what they represent for the community, and all the narratives and rituals of interaction and competition that exist beyond the code of the game.
