It is the original traditional food of Karnataka state, that has travelled to all the Neighbouring states.

God bless these sisters for keeping this tradition alive. Would love to see jowari roti enter into menu of 5 stat hotels. They serve maida roti which is basically crap!

Very nice..people spend 100 rupees for pizza which definetely harms health and are worried more to spend rupees 10 for jowari roti......its impossible to change people's thinking in 2021 era

@ Meera jadhav , in karnataka too places like Hubbali, Dharwar, Gadag, Hospet etc people eat Jowar roti. It is not like whaeat chappathi. It tastes bland. Sides dishes are usually tangy and spicy. I am a Tamilian, but i ate jowar roti, some times in 1960 s when i was a boy at Hubli.
