Cheers from Canada! I am costarrican living abroad. Is refreshing to see an Indian tourist hanging out in those streets I have walked so long ago. Here in Canada there are many immigrants from India and everybody benefits from their culture, absolutely delicious food and kindness. Some of my best friends have been from India too! Costa Rica would've gained a lot if we could attract Indian people to work and live there! YOU ARE ALWAYS WELCOME!

you know what, government tries to do alot of things, but public is hsit here. In Chandigarh, the hawkers were given separate land to sell items, but they didnt adhere to these. Here in Chandigarh there are dustbin every 500 meters, but people still litter. Cars follow traffic rules due to strict challan etc. See, in my city there are very well educated people, but no offence, these biharis and up people have trashed my city. They just dont care about anything. Thats how you know that if people of the country dont want to be developed why would the political parties will be intereseted in the same. think about it

Costa rica drivers are just as bad as India. Lanes mean nothing. Potholes through the who city of SJ the size of cars. Bikes passing on yellow and white lines causing many accidents. Roads washed out constantly and very old bridges that are on the verge of collapse at any moment. Don't get me wrong I love Costa Rica but they do not keep up with the roads very well or follow basic safety on motorcycles. When you get out of the city their are many dirt only roads that luckily I have a lifted 4runner in CR to traverse the harder roads. Not to mention traffic in the city comes to a halt at 4pm till 6pm and tales an hour to got 5km. That said it is beautiful there and despite the roads not being ideal, it is a great place to visit as well as live.

Many people from Canada and USA go there as well as Europeans because they have beautiful coasts and forests full of wild animals and fish in the ocean. Sport Fishing is billion dollar business there and is mostly run by North Americans and British people
