I cried to see that man kneel down in gratitude for what you gave to him (and his family). It's moments like this that I do not feel worthy of all the things that I have. I think that I take so many things for granted sometimes. I am blessed enough to have what I need and to also enjoy some extra luxuries from time to time while there are other people out there who are struggling everyday just to get the bare necessities in life. I wish that everyone could have what they need and then some. I just want to say "thank you" for helping this family and so many others. Whenever I am feeling down, I like to watch videos like this and it makes me feel better about life and about the world in general because I know that there are still good people out there who are spreading love and kindness! I went to the Dominican Republic back in 2003. This older gentleman worked the grounds with no gas powered equipment. The grounds were STUNNING! Every bush was trimmed and perfect! The top, sides you name it, it was straight. We weren't allowed to tip. The day before we left I found this gentleman and gave him my left over cash which was about $65.00. I was thankful for his hard work. He had to have been in his 70's. He cried and hugged me so tight that I cried! It was beautiful. The next day when we were leaving he waited outside my door to thank me again and to carry my bags. A moment I will never forget. 💟

This is what someone looks like being humble and thankful to God for their blessings… The way this poor man looks hugging him and putting the man’s hand on his head. When you are in the presence of a Holy God, this man’s actions is the same exact attitude you feel. I’m having a hard time understanding why you thought it was “belittling”. When someone is in God’s presence they feel a humility and gratefulness and it exhibits itself by the person bowing, raising their hands or crying and having an overwhelming joy. This man’s actions are just what I have seen when the presence of God moves in a church service. Maybe you just haven’t seen that or felt it before.

I cried to see that man kneel down in gratitude for what you gave to him (and his family). It's moments like this that I do not feel worthy of all the things that I have. I think that I take so many things for granted sometimes. I am blessed enough to have what I need and to also enjoy some extra luxuries from time to time while there are other people out there who are struggling everyday just to get the bare necessities in life. I wish that everyone could have what they need and then some. I just want to say "thank you" for helping this family and so many others. Whenever I am feeling down, I like to watch videos like this and it makes me feel better about life and about the world in general because I know that there are still good people out there who are spreading love and kindness! I would love to be able to do what you do someday because it is in my heart to help others, but right now I don't have the necessary means to do it. I hope that eventually I can make it happen. ♥️

I always wonder if the people in these videos are asking why they are being video taped. It’s strange. I mean the guy broke down crying and then looked at the person video taping him… Especially in a country like that where they probably don’t have cell phones… This isn’t negative but peoples natural first response to a stranger walking up to them having someone video tape them is wth? That said, I love seeing people get blessed. This one looks legit and that’s a great thing

I went to the Dominican Republic back in 2003. This older gentleman worked the grounds with no gas powered equipment. The grounds were STUNNING! Every bush was trimmed and perfect! The top, sides you name it, it was straight. We weren't allowed to tip. The day before we left I found this gentleman and gave him my left over cash which was about $65.00. I was thankful for his hard work. He had to have been in his 70's. He cried and hugged me so tight that I cried! It was beautiful. The next day when we were leaving he waited outside my door to thank me again and to carry my bags. A moment I will never forget. 💟

I can’t stop crying. The way he fell to his knees, hugged him, and almost worshiped him like he was a Deity, demonstrated how truly humble and grateful he was, and how blessed he felt by his generous gift. Hopefully, this man won’t have to work so hard for awhile and be able to spend time with his family.

This is what someone looks like being humble and thankful to God for their blessings… The way this poor man looks hugging him and putting the man’s hand on his head. When you are in the presence of a Holy God, this man’s actions is the same exact attitude you feel. I’m having a hard time understanding why you thought it was “belittling”. When someone is in God’s presence they feel a humility and gratefulness and it exhibits itself by the person bowing, raising their hands or crying and having an overwhelming joy. This man’s actions are just what I have seen when the presence of God moves in a church service. Maybe you just haven’t seen that or felt it before.
