I bought my young son a hamster for his birthday from a pet shop,on getting it home my son who adores animals found out that Hammy as he christened him only had 3 legs,two at the front and one at the back,I asked him if he wanted to return it to the pet store for another one, he said no way they’ll feed it to the snakes they sell,he and that hamster were best friends for about 5 years until he died,my son was devastated,he has a French Bulldog called Geof now who absolutely adores him he’s a natural with animals. I look after three feral cats and one that has been left by someone who left the area,two hedgehogs who come every night for food and a fox who comes for food,it’s like Emmerdale farm and costs me a fortune for food for them but they are so worth it.

Nothing but love.the magic of love.the best feeling given by God to everyone of his creation.

Have you donated to a charity or a sick animal? I have and ever since I’ve been getting tons of videos so painful to watch and obviously I can’t help them all. I’m having to put blocks on them or not interested in topic bc it’s not good for my mental health if I’m not able to help a particular animal. So yes, it was great to see video with so much happiness

God is so good & created beautiful animals for us to share all the love.

Please do not take in a baby deer. They aren't abandoned. Their mother places them in a spot and goes to forage for food. The baby deer emit no scent at that age so it's difficult for predators to detect them. Leave the babies where they are!

Well, VK, what you are SUPPOSED to do, instead of KIDNAPPING it, is to call your State's Fish and Game or a local wildlife rehabilitator, and ask what to do... and what NOT to do. Don't assume mom is dead, it's normal for babies to be left alone. Deer mothers routinely leave their fawns in a safe spot, and go off to forage. The faun is fine. They have no scent, are quiet, and are camouflaged. You don't pick up a fawn when you don't know and aren't sure what the situation is. And never feed it anything. You can hide far away, in your car or home, and watch (spy) silently for a long time to see what happens. Stay far enough away that mom won't smell, hear or see you, or else she won't come back. In all likelihood, the fawn is fine, but the only way to know more would be to wait and watch, which can take hours. You can get names of local rehabilitators from the IWRC or the NWRA, both are online, they're the professional organizations for wildlife rehabilitators.
