Most Dangerous Abandoned Neighborhood In OHIO Explored - East Cleveland Elderwood

For a better more detailed explanation of this neighborhood watch this: • One of The Most Danger...
Exploring most dangerous abandoned neighborhood in East Cleveland.
in this video, I explored an abandoned street located in East Cleveland, Ohio.
The street just off of Elderwood named Chapman Ave has over 15 abandoned apartment buildings. The entire street is abandoned along with the area surrounding it. I explored every apartment building on the street alone. In 1990s, a fire destroyed most of the apartment buildings, which lead to the abandonment of the neighborhood. The fire killed numerous people that lived in these exact buildings I'm exploring. With so much damage to these buildings, its completely unsafe to explore here. Along with the crime, drugs, and poverty, this place can get you killed.
Its sad to see so much neglect. I grew up not far from this area, so i genuinely care about what's happening to East Cleveland.
One day I hope to be in the position to help this community.
Also a few creepy things happened while I explored here.

Hey Bro 👋 We want you safe. We respect what you do! And We know ur tough! Just think about wearing some thick soled steel toed boots(dirty syringe), Bring some good work gloves or combat gloves and carry a respirator or mask for mold spores! Some stuff you breathe in might not show affects for a long time after. Carry a weapon too Bro if you ever get backed into a tight corner. Your level headed enough not to jump at every threat.... I just mean the one you can't get away from that might be lurking out there somewhere? Maybe get yourself an ifac or Small trauma kit on ebay and watch some field medicine channels on KZread to get ur trauma game up?! Stay safe 🙏 🤙🛹 Ps Not trying to sound like a worried Mom or something.... I just know sometimes luck runs out and there's not a 2nd chance! And your trecking out there on the edge, getting good footage of some weird sh!t..... 👻

I don't understand how nobody talks about the corpse or whatever is inside that place in min 40:38. I noticed the padlock with which it is closed. It looks new, just bought. It gives me the impression that it is a person, so if there was no rotten smell in the place, that body was probably left not long before you arrived. Spooky

@@radicaljellyfish4435 apparently, it depends on what you're watching it on (people were able to easily spot the face on a TV, I can't make anything out on my phone). Starting at 40:39, he pans over, look at the bottom half through the slits (helps to slow it down). You should see something dark, rounded, but a few light speckles on the right side of the shape. He did make a short titled "Terrifying...what did I see? Pareidolia?" The video is enhanced, and I still couldn't tell what it was supposed to be until I read the comments and I could see the face covered by hair, with the hoodie up. Really scary when you see it. Edit: when I paused it at the third slit and zoomed in, I could see her face on my phone; she's got her head tilted back, like she's looking at the camera.

Something about the dilapidation while still being surrounded by nature is both disturbing and peaceful at the same time. It’s almost uncanny to look at. It feels like if I were to stare at a dead version of myself. Not sure if anyone has ever had that experience, but I’m sure it would land similar emotions.

Excited to watch the rest of the videos on your channel, I think it's gonna be a binge for me 😅 A little note about the door closing... After having doors installed in our house and having to fix them, doors acting weird no longer phase me. Even the slightest off balance will make them act stupid. And our house shifts a lot during the season changes so that doesn't help. Having come through the door means even the tiniest bump or shirt touching could have caused it, especially in these buildings where not a single thing is straight and balanced.

I held my breath through most of the video, worried that you were going to fall through the rotted floor. Glad that you made it out safely! It's so sad, thinking that these apartments were people's homes at one time. The buildings look like they were great buildings in their day, solidly built, lots of big windows to let in light, and lots of character, unlike modern shoebox apartments. Those little alcoves in some of the living rooms probably originally housed murphy beds, for added sleeping space, if needed. That was somewhat common feature in apartment buildings like these built in the early 20th century.

Others stepped out of them for the last time, but you walk into them for the first time to explore and document what remains inside these abandoned places. I appreciate that you don’t sanitise your language on the video, lol. This would have been such an architecturally stunning neighbourhood. I’m amazed there are still so many salvageable Art Deco doors, windows, bannisters etc in that first building. It seems so bizarre to me that this was a poor neighbourhood, as where I’m from, only the rich can afford to live in such beautiful buildings, and they would be “heritage listed” (historical register). The poorer parts of town are much newer! The decay is amazing, thanks for the amazing nail-biting explore.

My girl is from Cleveland....(and I don't mean Parma).....this made her sad but also intrigued to see. Her son just started Case Western this year, and we were in the city a week ago, as a matter of fact. Not sure I can go for the timestamp lists i've seen posted here, but it's clear you were being watched by someone. And by someone, I'm doubting ghost. None the less, we really enjoyed your video. The buildings, you could tell, were fairly nice, once upon a time. (Save the small ass restrooms) She loves old Cleveland architecture. Please make more vids, for sure, but stay safe. Going it alone in those abandoned places isn't exactly safe, and that isn't even about paranormal anything. People are far more dangerous, and there's plenty of them in those places. (You can clearly tell that by the amount of worn pathways in the rubble on the floors) Ghosts didn't do all that. Respect, though. Great video. Will be watching more, as I just found you via another channel. She misses Cleveland.......

I care about your safety please be careful, don't hurt yourself its not worth it Mr Hill. I am glad you didn't fall through that ceiling or it may of been proper fatal for you.
