Yes you can watch it you have completed your regular lecture and taking it as a revision , otherwise it may not help if you consider this as regular lecture . It is only a summary of large part dear !

The most important condition Is holding of 90 % shares to apply for remaining 10 % under 236, the courts have in exceptional cases rejected the application of majority otherwise in most of the cases they are approved. Further it is on the tribunal to decide the mandate, NCLT can make it mandatory for the minorities to sell their shares as in most of the cases.

@@INSPIREACADEMY but sir if Section 235 provides for mandatory acquisition of the remaining shares after acquiring 9/10th of total shares (90%) then what is the reason for providing 2 sections...?
