Completely overlooked Sonic the Hedgehog 3. And considering Like it's going to draw heavy inspiration from Sonic Adventure 2 The last Mainline Sonic game on sega's last console the Dreamcast I think it's going to do pretty well

Godzilla x Kong the new empire is a film I look forward to seeing

Don't get too excited about Deadpool 3 just yet. There is EVERY chance Disney will ruin it as badly as they've ruined the rest of the MCU. Just ask Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman, NEITHER of which seem to be too happy with Disney right now.

I'm super excited for Deadpool 3. Another one on my list that wasn't mentioned is Mufasa. I can't wait to see the origin of Scar

I hope gxk does well, although not my tone prefer minus one I want this universe to do well so we can see more & possible og kaijus adapted to the big screen

I am excited to see Godzilla X Kong: The New Empire. I have been fan of Godzilla for years. Whether is Dark serious or goofy action, I still watch then. Godzilla X Kong would be peak cinemas!

I wasn't aware that another Saw would be made, Fall Guy never heard of, Minecraft and Wicked I don't remember.

Super weird to throw in captain America when it comes out in 2025 and every other movie on this list comes out this year in 2024

The Batman was amazing and I look forward to the sequel. As for Furiosa. Chris Hemsworth being cast for the movie seems like a callback to it's roots by having an Aussie in the movie.

Beyond the Spiderverse 🔥🔥

I can’t wait to see civil war and balareina plus MI dead reckoning part 2. Next year I want to see fast and furious 11 and this year we should be able to see the spin off with the rock and Mandolorin so that we can get our ideas going about what Star Wars epsiode X will be about.

I did not know that there's going to be a sequel to Gladiator, very interesting. I can't wait to see what Avatar 3 will be like. First that showed the magic of the forest, the magic of the sea, what could be next, the magic of the sky, the earth, the polar ice caps, or what? Either way, I hope we get to see another cool breed of Na'vi. P.S. Forgot to add Twisters to this list.

Having started _Minecraft_ near the end of the 1.8 Bountiful Update or at the start of the 1.9 Combat Update, I’m excited to see what the _Minecraft_ movie has to offer. Steve and Alex are synonymous with the game. There’s no way the movie can fail! Post-1.16 Nether Update, the game’s recent updates, 1.17-1.18 Caves and Cliffs Parts 1 and 2, 1.19 Wild, and 1.20 Trails and Tales, are among some of the weaker updates, but the movie can, must, and WILL draw fans of the game. I won’t argue that the MCU has had more people drop off after _Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania_ and _The Marvels,_ among other recent MCU projects. But _Captain America: Brave New World_ and _Deadpool 3_ will attract me.

Last time I’ve been to the theaters was for No Way Home. I usually just wait till or if they come to streaming now. Nothing I’m super excited to see anymore

I don't think more then half of these movies will even break even at the box office we are getting large quantity of stupid remakes, sequels and just bad movies in general from the past decade

I’m pretty sure that the civil war movie is an original.

First I’m surprised of Ariana Grande being in Wicked movie as Glinda the Good Witch (wasn’t that her in that April’s Fools episode of Victorious?) But I am more surprised that Sonic the Hedgehog 3 isn’t on the list. Maybe the list was made before Jim Carrey announced his return

Completely forgot about the one movie that will actually take over "Wicked" as the #1 movie in this year's box office: "Twisters".

I hope that’s not true. I was really looking forward to the sequel since I enjoyed the first movie. That would be a major letdown.

The new godzilla seems so exciting. Godzilla: Hey Kong, we gotta team up. King Kong: Why? Godzilla: There's a bad guy that looks like a weaker lankier version of you, we gotta take him down. King Kong: We're teaming up to take someone down that one of us could take down easy? Godzilla: Okay, now that you mention it this is a terrible idea for a movie.

How is Sonic Movie 3 not anywhere on this list?! Sonic's movies weren't even mentioned in that Minecraft slot of this video! This is a total disgrace! :( It's wonderful that Wicked made it, but, man, why couldn't Sonic Movie 3 be here seriously?! :(

Don’t forget Sonic the Hedgehog 3, many Sonic fans are excited to see Shadow.

What is so "great" about its plot? "Avatar" is being criticised for having format of wildlife documentary.

Unless that civil war movie is a comedy, there's no way it dominates anything 😂

The only ones I'll see in the theater are "Godzilla X Kong", "The Batman Part II", and "Captain America". Any others I'll see on disc. I only see big, noisy, adventure popcorn lmovies in the theater.

I feel the people at mojo watched an entirely different TFATWS, lol.

I am more like concerns than exited about "The Joker 2 ".. I thing that will tarnished the origial ...

Civil War should have a suspiciously orange man as the dictator.

I'm pumped for Terrifier 3!!!!!

I’m stoked for all but AVATAR 3, Avatar 2 was essentially the same movie as the first, including villain and storyline just set in a different environment… so for the fact the villain survived at the end of the movie which means more or less were going to get much of the same it will be one I’ll be giving a miss at the cinemas this time round.

I'm generally never looking for a sequel unless its a well known hero cannon. Even then it's easy to miss the "point". Leaving a "good" movie "good". For the sake of art and originality there does not have to be a sequel unless it is relevant to the overall story.

I will watch the most of these movies. Avatar 3, Deadpool 3, Joker 2 and Inside Out 2 easily will be successful. Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, Sonic the Hedgehog 3 and Despicable Me 4 are the movies that deserved honorable mentions.

The only movie I'm eagerly anticipating to watch is Frozen 3 which hopefully will come out next year 🤞🤞!

The title of this list should be "Expected to dominate the box office." After 2023 that would be correct.

So the usual run of sequels then? How unimaginative

Before you all complained. I came here to watch Epic Monsters Battle and to be entertained by of my favourite movie franchise. GxK would be peak cinemas. Unlike the MCU and the DCEU, The Monsterverse is taking their time to have quality and best CGI ever.

Deadpool 3 can't wait for that.

Not one honorary mention of "TWISTERS" coming out in July?!?!

A couple of weeks ago, @Looper did a video “Predicting the biggest box office bombs of 2024” and included Ballerina! I disagreed with that prediction and now see @WatchMojo believe it will dominate the box office! I just can’t see a film set in the John Wick universe, a successful film franchise I might add, not being a success! Especially when you’ve got Ana de Armas in the lead role and even Keanu Reeves making an extended cameo!!! 💁🏻‍♂️
