We're planning to retire to Tri Cities in a few years. Richland seems to have most expensive homes. Pasco & Kennewick much more reasonable.

This ytube is misleading. I’ve lived in Corvallis, other parts of OR, and am a WA native. He is way off base. Even the healthcare professionals in Port Townsend ( RNs, management) cannot live there! They live in the nearby cities.
