I wonder what Moses' full name was--after all, Moses (Moyses in Greek and Latin) is Mosheh in Hebrew, Moseh in Egyptian (as in Ra-moseh (Ramses in Greek), or Tut-moseh (Thothmes in Greek). In other words, it is always combined with an Egyptian diety; since he adopted the Yahweh worship of his father in law Jethro (Iothor in Greek), would it be Yah-moseh (Jomose or Jehomose in English)?

I couldn't answer that do be honest, I never dived into that topic at all. But if you really think about it then he must have had some type of egyptian name because he was raised by the Pharaoh and his family.

🌈 luv u all.... Exodus 1:11 the Pharaoh builds 2 cities Pithom and Pi Raamses... not 3 with Hericulos in some Greek book century later on calculating to Amenhotep II... just only 2...❤ now Ramses II is proven on record to be builder and finished the 2 cities... but .. did he begin them ?... or was it his dad Seti I ?... or his GF Ramses I ?.... Exodus 7:1 the Pharaoh worships a god (one god)... not the many gods they did before Amenhotep IV..... the city of Pithom in Hebrew means House of Atum God... the city of Pi Raamses in Hebrew means House of Ramses... also it says the Exodus Pharoah chases MOSES... Ramses I is too old to ride so it narrows it down to 2 young pharoahs Seti I and Ramses II... ❤ now ask this Q... would God reward the Exodus Pharaoh with lots of women, children, rebuilding Egypt flourishing beauty, ending the Canaanites problem being remembered as The Great ?... or would God punish him taking his first born son erasing him and Pharaoh from history making many forget about the weakest profile of a Pharaoh of all 18th and 19th dynasties ?... the Exodus Pharaoh was Seti I.... ❤ his dad Ramses I wanted to build 2 cities.. one for his family god Atum (Pithom), and one for himself to die in (Pi Raamses) while oppressing the Israelites... but ... he dies right before construction of the cities... so his son, the new Pharaoh Seti I in 1290 BC, begins to build the 2 cities oppressing the Israelites much more... ❤ Seti I plan was to finish his dad's cities using them as his Treasure Cities, while wanting soon to build his mega city House of Seti... his first born son Seti II age 15-18 in 1290 BC sits on throne learning to rule... his second born son Ramses II is learning to be military leader and second in line to rule...❤ and then.... MOSES arrives ... and... Seti I doesn't listen to MOSES and God takes his firstborn Seti II and forces Ramses II on the throne knowing he will be great ending the canannite problem... Seti I first year reign was Exodus 1290 BC and God gave him 10 more years to rule one year for every 10 plagues of Egypt... giving him 11 total years to rule after 11 chances.. ❤ his son Ramses II rebuilds and ends the canannite problem for them... then Ramses II son Merneptah ruled 10 years and during his reign he wrote about the Seed of Israel is dead called the Merneptah Stele 1208 BC ... look it up it's real... it's estimated that the Israelites cross over into land of Milk and Honey (Israel) in 1207 BC .... ❤ soo... Amenhotep II brings in over 100, 000 Israelites for bad times because hes the young Pharaoh that didn't know Joseph like his dad did... ❤ then God made Amenhotep III see an eclipse the day his son Amenhotep IV was born making him think the Ra God put seed into Amenhotep IV for him to make babies with his sisters to eventually at the end line to born a child boy that they think to be the Ra God in human body.. ❤ and then God had Jacob bless lil Pharaoh Tut knowing he would die soon and family and friends Ay and Horemheb and Ramses I circus.... ❤ and then it sets up for the Exodus.. . and in the timeline of 100, 000 in Amenhotep II reign to Seti I reign there are over 600,000 Israelites oppressed... ❤ luv u all HUGGS 🌠 ....
