We did rent quads during our stay in Baracay. I seen quads for rent in Coron. They are so much fun!!

Do you need any kind of permits for this ?

Also I do remember going on-line and getting a Washington Discovery Pass. You can print off a temporary at home while you wait for them to mail it to you.
