I'm a home owner, and it's depressing sometimes. The cost of maintaining a home is super expensive. But you are correct, I'm healthy and have a great family and great friends.

Only problem is you are missing the big picture and the WEF agenda 2030. The astronomical rise of home prices is done 100% by design. The you will own nothing and be happy about it is unfolding before your eyes. Love that you are going back to your core values. I’ve been waking up and meditating and connecting with my spiritual side more. I feel so much peace when I do this. I am looking to sell my house even though I have a super low rate to pay off debt and prepare for the economic downturn. I do think that mindset, family and connection with spirit is what makes you wealthy at this time. Even people that are “rich” won’t be able to handle an economic downturn (even millionaires commit suicide), stay strong folks.
The homes with upgrades are still selling. The homes with everything from the 70s are sitting for 30+ days

I think what that RE agent meant in the first video interview you played was that it’s the 3rd time in history where the yield curve was inverted for over 500 days. They didn’t seem to make that point very clear in the interview but that’s what I think they meant when listening to their context. Thank you for the visibility to this data, Travis!
From what the bond market charts show, it looks like the last break down

I own a home - I waited 3 years during the last bubble to buy and even then it still went down ever further - after purchasing i lost another 30% equity - I also bought within my means of what I could afford ( qualified amount from the bank) This bubble will burst- the rates will see to that- lower rates caused this mess. once the market stalls, people will flee their overpriced homes and prices will fall precipitously- Wait ! Save your money ! a 400K home at 7% is insane- that same home falling to 200- 250K - is much more doable- This market will crash - just be patient and wait-- Banks are actually paying good interest right now this will help 401K accounts and saving accounts in general- wtf is the one guy blathering about ? The market will fall no matter what it doesn't have to get to 4% that is nonsense -

I been wanting to buy since 2019 but hesitated then definitely pulled the plug when things got stupid. I sold my house in 2018. Im glad to be renting during this economy though! Jobs are all a risk now

Please do a video about how we can help people get an assumable loan (all FHA and VA loans are assumable) so our clients can get a mortgage with a 2-4% interest rate with no appraisal or closing costs. And also cover how we can get the payment gap covered.

Everything is a great sign for the Government to be more involved with ANY and ALL INSTITUTIONS.
We started overpaying since our first payment was due, we raise the amount every time there's a COLA, Already knocked over 6 years off the life of the mortgage since 2021. We keep on truckin, paying into our investment.
Yeah but they're also saying now if you don't use your credit cards then you will lose your credit? And or if you just use them for small things and pay them off every month then your credit will go up?
You can’t take it with you. When people die they don’t say I wish I owned a home. They say I wish I spent more time with my family, friends and God.
Pretty sure if you look through Jerome's inbox you will find an email titled " RE 2's and 10's- the entire financial system implodes at 5%"... I watch bonds like a nerd and its clear to me a very powerful force will not allow the 2 and 10 year to break 5%.. The problem is the 10 year needs to pay +5% to stop inflation so the FED is stuck.

If you notice Travis, they’re not even Americans that are talking to him and her in the interview and they sound like people from England or Australia where is the Americans at?
IMHO its a bad idea to pay down your mortgage as you are paying with today's money purchasing power. Let it stay 30 and pay the interest with inflated (and almost worthless compared to today) dollars. In 15 years you will cover the entire interest with "pocket change". Remember your income will be much higher (but the purchasing power will be the same or less), so you are paying interest in the future with inflated dollars. I didn't invent this idea, this is exactly what the gov is doing.
The problem is not the rates, the problem is the price off the houses.

Not everywhere here in lousiana where I'm at prices are priced good we are lucky and we found a house the owner is letting us rent a year til we can finance but unless rates hit 5% or lower we can't qualify for a mortgage.

Good video, but hey I can help since you do not know. We really dove deep into rates and loans end of the year with our mastermind and our expert went into this. ARMs and all loans are priced really by several things but one is how soon they think it will take to get profit or break even. When you do an ARM now the bank would be stupid as they know with the projections rates could start coming back down in 2025-2026. If you choose a 5 year arm, or 7 year, it is very likely people will refinance before then so it makes no sense to price so cheap when you are likely to lose money when the buyer refinancing. I think they said that is just one of the ways pricing is impacted, which is why now the spreads is so much higher then normal too. Lenders need to front load because they can't sell the loans for the same profit as they did when rates were so low.
Those flowers is for the three that are talking there and for our economy that’s just going recklessly bad

Powell was appointed by trump and then heckled by trump to lower interest rates. Of course they listen to the executive. Don't forget the rates were pretty damn low before covid even happened. I was looking for houses and the rates were sub 4 but you had to skip inspection. That was starting in 2018 at least.

what is the reason houses are so so expensive? you need to pump in ton of money when you buy anyways. this is pure insanity - houses should be cheaper than cars - or how civilization can develop at all
Paying an extra $10k per month on a mortgage is more is unrealistic than real. It would have been nice of you to use something more attainable, especially with so many struggling!

You’re unhappy and depressed because you’re seeking money, wealth and security. No such thing on earth. If you start seeking things of heaven, such as love, forgiveness, compassion, righteousness that comes from faith in Jesus Christ then you won’t be depressed anymore. Or at the very least, it will be a start.

They received multiple offers and it went under contract today. ☹ ] The house was posted 2 days ago. Sunday 12th May. So as you see, there is a bidding war on houses, still gone in 48 hours. Not sure, what planet you live or why you are lying to viewers. What is your incentive?

I have been hunging there from since 2015 when Baustin prices where increasing at a rate of +12% yoy. They said it was unsustainable Until 2019 when they spoke anout a housing bubble as it was ultra unsustainable. Then came Fauci and released his covid and it started to increase by +35% yoy on top of the previous. Now Californians said it was cheap. After three tears like this we are back at +12% yoy. Such an immense amount of bshit
