MORTAL TERROR #2 REVIEW. Fear the mortal, not the vampire.

Ойын-сауық

A vampire-flipped Dracula in which mortality means life . . . and life means death.
Vampires Jonathan Harker, Lucy Westenra, and Mina Murray live in underground London, trying to keep the undead city safe from the rumored mortals above who seek to give them life, only to kill them. The team makes an expedition above-ground to investigate an attack from the mortals, but there may already be a mortal infiltrating their undead city below . . .

This art style reminds me of a few artists I've seen in Alterna comics. Eastern Russia, my friend. What with those far-East “stan” countries and former or current Russian states which are like Asia or part of Asia. That would explain the look of that girl who meets Quincy. Mina's got a fever for some flesh. Mystery meat. This miniseries is a well-depicted flip of Bram Stoker's Dracula but, yes, the question remains as to where it's leading. It seems to be leading somewhere, and not meandering. We'll see in the next two issues because, we have to! Thanks Marinus for this title that could've been published by 'old' Dark Horse or conceived by Mr. Mignola. 'Til next time, take care and have a good day!

😃 Nice. I enjoy the art alot. Russia?? bozhe moi!!😨. Who could've thought. Not poor old me. She is...hungry😬. Indeed. I'm very curious, so that is a good thing. Hooking me in so far. Indeed. I think mr. Mignola is a very busy man. And there there artists that can mimmick the 'feel and tone' of his work :) Hope you have a great weekend Mike!
