Mortal Kombat 2 era um jogo semelhante ao Street Fighter II' Champion Edition cujo o sucesso permitiu desenvolverem tantos hack roms derivantes destes jogos, Anthrox Beta Hack, Mortal Kombat 2.5 e por ai vai, mesmo no Arcade existia Challenge Hack rom derivada do 3.1 original e geralmente sempre tentavam ou desbloquear personagens ou possibilitar novos glitches devido as alterações nos movimentos, mecânicas, golpes. Eu fiquei punindo o mais longe que dava, me faz lembrar do piledriver do Zangief que muito das vezes pegava numa distância ridícula para um agarrão, pelo que percebi o hitbox dele é normal na realidade não é possível ficar punindo ele a essa distância em todo movimento que ele faz, é especificamente neste especial de ficar lançando a blade dele que ele fica com uma vulnerabilidade grande na hitbox permitindo punir numa média distância.

3:50 I never did understand why the sweep distance changes like this. Does the collision box increase when a projectile is fired? A few seconds after this the sweep fails to connect, even though they are closer.

If I'm not wrong it increases every time a projectile get active, still for some reason Baraka blade spin hitbox is way higher than the other characters allowing to punish him at longer distances.

Sadly the playthroughs are ending since there are only two characters left to finish the entire roster, but I will keep bringing stuff on other revisions, mk2+ and vs. matches for everyone who still loves MK2.
