I mean, in previous timelines she was a flesh pits clone, already born as a grown-up, so her mind wasn't as developed as an actual person's mind gets over the years. In MK1's timeline she is an actual person, born from an actual mother, raised as an actual kid. She has a real life this time, instead of Shang Tsung saying "YASSS BITCH SLAY" and letting her out in the field, stabbing people.

Even the Tarkat disease can be hidden by a serum Shang Tsung makes (which works!). It's just being involved in intense physical exercise like fighting brings it out. But whether they like it or not Mileena must be good at kombat, because it's Outworld.

I love Mileena, and I love that she's finally in a positive light and place with the cast, especially Kitana and Sindel. The face model for her is also amazing, seeing her going back and forth between voices and faces in the game is awesome as well. I love that she's finally the queen too 🥰

This new depiction of Mileena was a real treat for her fan base,there is many to like about her here,from her relationship with Tanya,to how one of her end of round taunts including her taking her medicine as to to not go to far to her feral side,all in all,this Mileena was truly a well written character,while there are some flaws some will point out,as for now,I think her writing is very good

Totally agree! I, however, would have loved if they showed her scheming & strategist side a bit more, like in MK 2 and MK Deception. Being a conniving cold hearted bitch was, at least for me, one of her best character traits . But, overall, this and MKD are the best Mileena designs. Glad she finally has her well deserved happy ending, with a loving family and partner!

Which also makes you wonder, Lieu Kang specifically designed this timeline WITH Mileena in mind. In theory, she shouldn't be here because she's a product of Shang Tsung's sorcery, but instead he made her naturally born. I guess he really did feel bad for his timeline's Mileena.

I love the fact Mileena is now biologically the daughter of Sindel and sister of Kitana. The best part is seeing her with a family, the relationship with Kitana is a healthy one, deep down she always wanted Kitana as a sister now she does and she has living parents as well which keeps her good. Sindel is proud but you can tell Mileena really wants to keep making her proud

Never thought I'd find myself ever liking Mileena in any of the MK games, but here we are... 🙂
