I feel bad for Raiden. His fears and self-entitled duties to the realm he was once protected had drove him. And even when he saw the error of his ways, Liu Kang just had to put him a permanent time out.

I mean, the same one that merged with Liu Kang at the beginning of chapter 12 of Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate's Story Mode, turning him into a Fire God. Not to mention that he returned in chapter 14 of Mortal Kombat 1 (2023) Story Mode as both the God of Thunder and the Keeper of Time in his timeline.

@@coomslayer6996 You know, it's funny. 24 years ago I had the displeasure of playing MK Special Forces on PS1 and I'd thought it was going to be what would kill the franchise. Seems I was incorrect because it looks like Warner Bros. will actually be the one to do it. This new Mortal Kombat game has way too many problems.

Hard disagree, I don’t know about other people but I always really enjoy these Invasions stories and cutscenes for each Titan. But I also admit that Invasions is boring gameplay-wise
