It's so good how most of the endings actually seem to fit in with the main story. This is probably the most well done arcade endings have ever been in any fighting game ever.

I’m very impressed that all endings literally intertwine within each other. Definitely either a sequel or a dlc expansion will seal these events in someway.

Ed really did great with the story and it's characters. Melina especially has grown on me in this story and her ending really highlights the shift and it's positive outcome. Baraka was also such a great surprise. He finally won a canonical battle and he was a good family guy. Jonny was more fleshed out and not only was he funny but he was educated and really made scenes in this stand out like when he, Kenshi and Kung Lao found Shang

This game exceeded my expectations, it was such a captivating story and great action. The biggest surprises are Mileena who is a noble empress and such a wonderful character. Her relationship with Kitana is fantastic and her love for Tanya is welcome. Baraka is such a great person and loves his people. Sindel had a beautiful arc too. And Syzoth made me really feel for his pain and loss for his family. They took a gamble with this new timeline and it has paid off with a fantastic new story arc.

Its cool to see that 2 endings are connected like mellinas and barakas

Honestly, Shao khan seems so much more weaker than the mk11 version which already was a jobber, yet somehow they turned him into a walking L at this point. Atleast his mk 11 had some good moments
