I love the way Calliope was able to keep all of her dignity even no matter what. She was a captive but still actively tried to free herself

@@callanflanagan8706 Absolutely. I didn't mean to suggest otherwise, only that their relationship is obviously deep and complicated. There is the matter of a dead son as well, apparently. I haven't read the comics yet.

@@somersetcace1 they both share blame in their sons death, but Calliope was grieving at the time so she turned him away and he still understood and didn't punish her like he did Nada, that's how you know he truly loved her.
