Does your baby get the jitters from the coffee you drink during nursing because I'd highly advise not nursing while having caffeine.

I loved this! It has structure but also flexibility ❤ do you recommend any protein bars that are high in protein but not full of rubbish?

I took colostrum during pregnancy and it helped me feel SO much better, it is a super food! Your doctor might not recommend just because they are so picky about what you take in pregnancy that isn’t super studied but I took it and helped me a lot in pregnancy so up to u to do your own research!!:)

Wish you had a way to put laundry indoors. Reminds me when on air force base.

I drink AG1 a lot of mornings! but I also love the "mommy boost" mix from Whole Foods!! it is apple, ginger, spinach, lemon, beets!!
