I am up early everyday to study because I work full time. It is hard, sometimes I feel like giving up and getting back in bed. Who cares right? Why am I even doing this? Does it really matter? I'm lucky I live in nature I have trees around me and birds above me, and once again fields around me and forest not far from me :D so I think that I'm very lucky :D

I work from home a couple days a week, and usually have "focus" music playing softly in the background. Today, I searched for "soft, happy" music, and this showed up on the list. I'm loving it. I play guitar and going to learn it and come up with some accompaniments.

it is a long story, but I have on occasion heard "music" similar to this INSIDE my head. Turns out there are different levels of consciousness called the "sound current". You might say it is heaven--and it is very beautiful, like this!

I love this. I have panic attack up to 2-3 times a day and when I’m having a panic attack I feel like there is no happiness in this world. But then I turn this on and it keeps me so calm! I’m now only having 0-1 panic attacks a day, It prevents my panic attack. I love the bird noises in the background too! ❤
