an idea for the water bowl is a plastic Tupperware container meant for storing cupcakes or something. otherwise, you could give him koa's water bowl and see if Koa will use the paint tray? good luck with it!

Those terracotta plant saucers work really well as water dishes for tortoises!

All creatures deserve respect.I know you love your little friend s.

Hello Lori how are you doing today fine I Hope thanks so much for sharing this video with us I really appreciate it thank so much it was so good to see what you do every morning, BLUE and KOA are so adorable Blue is settling in nicely I love the way he eats too. you have lots of adorable animals I really wish I had more animals I really love taking care of Bella I really enjoyed it make sure she's well feed clean and happy. Also Lori, for the Cuddle Fish, try grinding it or shredding it and put it in a bowl or in the greens you give him. Make sure they are tiny pieces. Kinda like salt in your salad! 😂 (but not REALLY tiny pieces!)

oh my goodness I'm hoping to get a Pacman frog soon its honestly one of my dream pets!

I have a tortoise and he is like blue and he didn't want to go into his water dish but what I did first was put him near his water dish so he walked through it to get to his food and that didn't work for long he was smarter than me so then I put some treats in his water dish and he went in it an now he isn't afraid to go into his water dish so maybe u could consider trying it obviously not his actual food but like a carrot on his treat day btw thx for all your great advice u are amazing 👍😍🤩

Maybe for Blue's cuttlefish you could break it up in small pieces but large enough to still do it's job and put it over his food

My Russian Tortoise was also very picky about her food and water dishes. I ended up having to buy her a shallow cat dish and its the only thing she'll eat out of. I noticed that your box turtle has a zoo med repti ramp water bowl. I would try one of those for Blue in the XL size. Although it's a bit pricy, it's the only water dish I've tried that my tortoise will actually go into. I think the paint tray is a great idea, it just might be too unfamiliar of an object for a tortoise who isn't fully grown yet. Hope this helps!

Hi Lori, please do a video on hermit crab water like what fresh water to use and how to dechlorinate the fresh water/ if distilled and things like that work. Also I'm just double checking because I only saw two bowls (assuming one is good and one is water) if you use a fresh and salt water dish. Oh one last thing when you soak them do you use fresh or salt?

Aw I love Blue!! Though, one thing I would suggest for your crested gecko is a cork bark (a tube or a flat)! They love hanging out in those in the wild as they are abundant in New Caledonia - see Dav Kaufman's channel, he recently went there and found some wild ones!

I just put the cuttlefish bone underneath his food pile so whilst he eats he gets some good calcium without really knowing it.

I’m confused as to why you put your cats in a room let alone one with other small animals at night? Cats are active at night and my cat would not be happy if I kept her in a locked room at night. I’m sorry this just doesn’t make sense to me and have never heard of anyone doing this.
