OKAY now I wanna talk about this song!! I love this song so much!! I feel like the concept of the album was completely based around this one song, and it totally deserved it. I love that the idea of a fairytale romance was reversed, and instead of Cinderella escaping to her prince - she escaped from him and became her own person. She has the glass slipper in her own hands y'all!!! The imagery of her leaving a suffocating world behind, away from a prince who ties her down and hurts her wings - she's moving on, but not forgetting. Brilliant man. Brilliant!!!

@@E46.M3 ガラスの靴はこの手の中にある かぼちゃの馬車を正面に回して！ これは、主人公が自由を求め動き出すまさに直前のシーンを捉えているフレーズ。 分かりやすく言うと、待つだけじゃなくて自分から掴みに行こう、というのをシンデレラに例えて歌ってるという感じでしょうか。

王子様をただ待ってるだけじゃない、自分の力で道を切り開く強さを持ってる女の子の歌って感じがする。この時このメンバーでないと生まれなかった曲なんじゃないかと思うくらい、プラチナ期の良さを現してる曲だと思う。

@@lsutton13 even after she got vocal cord problems and currently can use just like the 70% of her actual vocal range Ai-chan is still one of the best ever as well as one of the best dancers in idol history. She's one of the most talented persons in the world. And what she did at the end of this song is awesome her technique surpasses the most famous singers'. Even now that she's 37 years old she is still as beautiful as when she was in MM.

Medina M thank you!! There are filters over the members for when they’re not singing, and for some members that filter is displaced, so it’s uneven.
Sometimes I wish they made music videos of B sides, C sides, and other side songs.

I can’t tell if this is a joke or not, but literally every MM single from Shabondama to Help Me. She was a main vocalist her entire tenure. Especially platinum era! (Onna ni Sachi Are to Lullaby Game)

She sings most of the songs along with Ai, df you mean mate lol. She also had her own band thing going and she still sings solos as we speak. Still very active, so is Sayumi.

Every song by Morning Musume from 2003 to 2013, all the songs of Lovendor, Elegies, Aa!, High-King, idk what other units, solo songs, musicals, etc. You don't have to search much to hear her lol. Her solo lines video is almost 15 mins too while others are satisfied if they got 2 mins in 6-10 years. I wholeheartedly recommend to listen her live stuff after graduated, especially since 2020, now her voice seriously sounds more controlled in live than on any MM records.

@@ele1370I wouldn’t say she was the main singer in the earlier days when she just debuted in the group. Miki and Ai were the main singers. They just gave her a few lines here and there until everybody left and then it became her, Miki, and Ai when Koharu joined, then it became her and Ai when Miki left.
