I love this song so much that whether Orlando Fallon, Rick or Cat Stevens perform it I loop it and listened to it several times. My hope is in the the Lord who has made heaven and earth. He will recreate a New heaven and a New Earth. This is my morning song. Thanks for uploading.

I sang this hymn as a child in school and I’m 65 now. It’s been with me all my life and it never fails to lift my spirits and fill me with a sense of joy. A Christian hymn first sung in 1931, words by English author Eleanor Farjeon. A wonderful performance- thank you.

This song and music describes God the Father, that his grace is new every morning and how beautiful he is, and at the end of time, it will be forever a beautiful morning!!!

Yes, it was written in 1931, and is basically a Scottish Gaelic song or hymn that’s only about 30 seconds long. Cat enlisted Rick Wakeman of Yes to use a piece he’d written for his Six Wife’s of King Henry the Eighth’s album to create a beginning, middle and ending thereby extending a 30 second piece into three minutes. Which is the version that’s being played. Now I can act all smug and knowing! 😝

This brings back so many thoughts about those that I've lost over the years ... and with that I read a prayer today D-day 2024 80 years after one of the worst conflicts ever and that Prayer goes.... Lord, we pray for the power to be gentle; the strength to be forgiving; the patience to be understanding; and the endurance to accept the consequences of holding to what we believe to be right. May we put our trust in the power of good to overcome evil and the power of love to overcome hate, Help us to devote our whole life and thought and energy to the task of making peace. I played this song at my mother's memorial service on the pipe organ. It's was so fitting and beautiful. The minister weaved in the title of the song into the memorial service. It was unforgettable

@@keithcitizen4855 I’ve had to give up driving a car. That way I can still pay property tax. It’s much cheaper to maintain a bicycle than a car. I continue to seek orchestral work, but being unvaccinated makes it divorces me to participate in auditions even today.
