Hi Doro, I love your tips for hair growth and healthy hair. I would opt out the breakfast smoothie. I would suggest taking trace minerals and vitamin D in supplements because they are harder to get them from our diet. I’ve tried the rosemary water for at least 3 weeks, and I’m not convinced about it for reduced hair shedding and hair growth 😢 Plus, I have to wash my hair more frequently because my hair gets grossed and weighed down after 3 days.

Hi beautiful 💕 that’s ok sometimes some remedies don’t work on us also you can give it a longer try like for 2 months to have a better overall result and washing hair every three days it’s ok in my opinion as long as you oil the ends before to protect from shampoo 😊❤️

I wouldn't recommend rice water because I heard it is protein and you can get protein overload. I don't use fresh rosemary, I use dried ones and I would say it works just as well.

Rosemary leaves we have add to warm water or normal water???
