I recite the scriptures that are the "words of my testimony " reference Rev12:11, most every day. One 1John1:7 came to mind as you started study. But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin. KJV (though CVE & Holman CSB are translated from same manuscripts so read the same without dated language though KJV had wording changed mostly between 1600 & 1700 read about it on line at the org named crossexamined) Amplified reads-- but if we [really] walk in the Light [that is, live each and every day in conformity with the precepts of God], as He Himself is in the Light, we have [true, unbroken] fellowship with one another [He with us, and we with Him], and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin [by erasing the stain of sin, keeping us cleansed from sin in all its forms and manifestations].
