Yan din iniisip ko. Konting mali lang sa pitch or sa runs mapapansin tlga. Kinabahan ako dun sa whistle na part kasi gusto ko na e straight sustain lng nya na walang kulot pra di mg break kaso mahirap e sustain na straight lng. Pero nagawa nya. Amazing!!!

Kirby Feller and the control of the choir! Everything is with emotions! The best choir in the Philippines + the best vocalist!!! Everything followed the notes and tempo! That’s what makes this performance incredible!

Fearless. Grabe anggaling ni mori. With Madz pa talaga. Acapella pa lang yan. Grabe nakakatakot yung whistle nya baka sumablay acapella pa naman. Pero pinatunayan talaga ni mori na magaling cya.

Morissette was probably equally excited meeting Madz as they meeting her. A legendary group that has brought incredible honor to the country. A soon to be legendary singer also bringing honor to her country. Be thankful of the talent that is there folks.

Her voice is just so distinct. Her voice control is impeccable. Her projection, gesture and facial experessions in almost all of her performances are on point. Her ability to blend in and equalize her voice just to not overpower the other is excellent. I see no reason why this girl should not be put to the pedestal of the singing industry. Regardless if she is commercial or not, she undeniably has something more than a talent- she has a gift.

Choral singing is one of the or in my perspective the highest and difficult form of singing. It’s because choral singing is 80% listening and 20% actual singing and you have to do it together. It takes a very good soloist with great control of his or her voice who could actually flawlessly sing with a great choir. Morissette is one of the few great singers in the Philippines who is able to go with the heavenly music of the Philippine Madrigal Singers. This performance was superb because the audience was filled with highly musical people who carefully listens to each single note being sung. Mabuhay MADZ and Morissette! Blessed to watch this performance live.

jocriss i think that’s what makes her comparable to Regine in her prime. When they cover songs, they leave their imprint on it. A piece of themselves if you would. That no matter how many technically gifted singers cover the same song, their impressions wouldnt be as effective as Regine’s or Mori’s. There are other singers that can probably hold a note higher or longer than Mori but she will always be better. ❤️
