Absofuckinlutely!!! That’s how u place them notes! It’s a lot easier to access high notes if placed/mixed the right way. I can hear rough edges though but the more you access it, it will sound polished and more natural for her to throw a5s here and there! Good job!!! You’re on the right track! Just keep doing that technique and you’re golden!!!

That’s actually why I prefer her over other singers/sopranos because of her chestier heavier belts. But I guess sometimes you have to be on the headier side to be able belts higher. I just want her chest voice to be most dominant.

Hello ask lang po ako, Mas maganda po ba kapag makapal parin yung voice pag nag hihit ka ng highnotes tulad po nina regine and morisette unlike po sa ibang singers na kapag highnotes na nagiging manipis ang boses nila?

@@gianhalisjamani3650 Yes po mas maganda po yon kasi ibig sabihin po non mas relaxed yung larynx nila or nasa neutral position while they're hitting those notes unlike po dun sa mga singers na matinis ang boses. High tessitura po kasi means your larynx is not stable and you're squizing it to reach the notes hence the thin yet piercing sound they produce.

The best part for me is 4:23 - 4:26. Her mix there is almost perfect. I love this new placement for her. The more she uses it. The more she'll get used to it. Then it'll be more consistent. You'll still hear her old placement in some of her other belts here and you can hear the difference. Bravo Mori!

@@phillippascion6844 Hitting high notes is not what makes you a great singer. Bakit hirap din naman sila Mariah and Whitney sa matataas pero ang gaganda ng mga vocal quality. Singing is not mix voice. Tsaka hindi pa ba enough yung taas ng boses ni Mori para sayo? She is not used to that range but when she hit it, it did not sound as forced. Pero yung iba pinipilit na yung taas kahit kaya nila though it is not anymore pleasant.
