Me too and as a singer myself I dream of being her background singer while as a songwriter I dream of writing a song for her. She's made me appreciate singing so much, it's the number one passion of my life since a little over two years ago when I started learning it. The greatest gift I ever discovered and she really gives me so much joy, motivation and inspiration, she's incredible. I'm so glad you're releasing this! I don't know how many hours I've logged on Spotify listening to this version, but I'm pretty sure it's going to make my Spotify Wrapped top 5 for 2023 easily ,and we're only a month in. I Purchased on iTunes as well. I love the way Morissette's voice was captured here. Its honest, real ,rich, raw ,you can hear all the nuances . Ivan on piano and Francisco on Cello I absolutely loved your performances on this track. Idk there's something impactful about this recording I don't have words for, but It's something I want as many people as possible to hear, whether they know who Morissette is or not. I truly understand why it was described as a recording session that resulted in big time tears..

@@wilfredoaying930 Phoenix Acoustic with 3rd Avenue was in my top 5 for Spotify last year , the Sunrise version kinda went under the radar but I did find it in November I think. Love! It's the same vocal as the Acoustic with different backing choices by Adonis!

Morissette's voice cure any depression. It's medicine for your soul. Morissette and her whole team deserve all the respect from everyone. ❤

I kept repeating this version in one of her live performances cause that's how good it was. It's my fave from her ep so I'm very happy to have this treat for FREE!!

This track is going to be on repeat on my Spotify, not just because LYS always is, but because acoustic versions really let Mori’s vocals shine and this arrangement is heart-wrenchingly good.

I just wish her Father would wake to the fact how much this is tearing her apart inside, you really can see how much he means to her, she's an unbelievable human being inside and out, she had to deal with so much crap and still comes up smiling, I sincerely hope he comes to his senses sooner rather than later, love this magnificent young WOMAN to bits 🇬🇧🔥👌❤️.

If you think that Morissette is the greatest vocalist of our time because she has the most tools, or one who can hit the highest note with the cleanest tone, or can hold the note which seems forever then that would be a mistake. It is the way she interprets the song, the emotion that she imparts and its effect to the listener. I loved the black and white video, the cello and the keyboard with Mori's vocals. You can feel how deep this is coming from, her very first originally written song. How can someone write a masterpiece like this for their first song?? Hang on, lemme take my pills before finishing this version...Whew, Mori, why is it so easy for you to make grown men cry?

I was there too, aside from the fact that she's really an amazing vocalist, I just can't get enough of her bubbly personality, she's so beautifully entertaining.

I recall , making sure I was up at 8am, Thursday Nov. 26, 2020 ( Vancouver, Canada🍁), and watched Mori on KUMU, when LYS dropped on all music platforms....how the sleeves of her cute black top became soaked in happy, yet sad tears , as she was able to stream, this co-written treasure and, digital plea , reminding Amay , he'll always be close to her heart. What we hear and see here is more personal , that is accentuated by the mesmerizing sound of Francisco's Cello and Ivan's key dance . Dave a stellar job, mixing this and giving us a peek into how special music is to MORISSETTE . Thank You team for this. ❤❤
